Can you people STOP calling me with your automated voices selling me car insurance. I get a call every single day with the same automated voice at least 3 times a day! Everyday i am blocking a new 012 number that calls me. You dont even know which calls to answer as a matter of urgency and which calls to ignore. Kindly remove me from the damn system! I don't understand how my personal my details legally got to your data base!
I took my carbon for a headlight and wiper change, they didn’t have stock of the lights so I took the car back, and would take it back when they have stock. Upon collection I noticed that the car had new dents and I flagged them with the dealership to which the ignored. I requested the inspection of the day and they sent it to me which clearly shows there were new dents made at the dealer. When they finally had stock of the headlights I took the car back, they inspected it again and noted all dents. Now they are claiming the second inspection where all dents were noticed was the very first inspection when the car was brought in the first time. They decided to ignore my requests and the fact that the dealership has made an error and continue to send me BS emails trying to convince me that the dents were already there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BMW JOBURG CITY, no matter how desperate you are!
The online order process is a breeze, dare you have an issue with the product and want to return or need to have any form of communication with the store, just forget it. They don’t respond to emails, WhatsApps messages nor do they answer phone calls. The absolute worst service by far!
By far the worst insurance claim experience EVER! and this is just a phone. I can only image what it must be like to claim for a car! It's been over 2 weeks without a clear directive. From trying to submit the claim, it was a mission. I also don't understand how you need an app to submit a claim for a phone when you DO NOT HAVE A PHONE. HOW!? The non-human interaction is frustrating. I have been compliant with all requests and just keep getting sent from post to pillar. From witness testimonies requested right down to my driver. Different Irrelevant information has been requested in drips and drabs, screenshots upon screenshots, anything to waste time. I was convinced to taking up Naked due to all the positive reviews I had seen on this platform but am extremely disappointed by the service.
I have been charged by FNB and Uber and a reversal was made however the credits are not showing on my statements. If such small funds are not being captured accurately, how much more would it cost me if it were larger amounts? This has been since January, ultimately affecting my interest over the past 3 months? What the hell FNB?!

I have a credit card with FNb which has 55 days interest free on any outstanding amounts. I have now been charged R559 on a on line purchase for flights of R1088. How does that make sense!? On top of that they are advising that it’s actually not 55 days it’s now 25 days to settle any outstanding amounts which has never been the case before.
One thing about outsurance, they will not try to scam you out of your claim. I had my car insured by them and home contents. I have had to claim for both and both processes have been smooth. Submit the claim on the app, they assign someone to your claim instantly and they call within minutes to process the claim. I love outsurance.
What’s the point of having support if they can’t assist with basic things like resetting a password, let alone answering phone calls or WhatsApp messages. My connection has been deteriorating since the first month I signed up and nobody is able to assist.
