Brandon from the Johannesburg Branch- Absolutely rude no customer service ethic seems like he feels entitled to speaking to either women or non white customers in an in appropriate manner. Thinks he is doing customers a favor, removed a part from car and insisting my car was and is the problem, lying that and i quote that my car "'****es water'' removed my cat seems like he knows the value and this was not returned when removed keeps insisting car has mechanical problems but these issues only occurred after the installion of a part put by Sportmax Design
Placed an online order on Monday the 5th May 2025 delivery date shows Friday 9th May called the call center numerous times for the manager or team leader to call me back but no response. Spoke to 3 different agents the last person was Lungile Nkahle in customer service refuses to let me speak to her manager or team leader. Such incompetence for staff working at such a big retail store. The customer service is pathetic, poor and disgusting.
Burger King Karaglen, terrible service Texas burger special pulled down store manager gives all different stories, no customer service ethics whatsoever. Asks the why customers are not redeeming vouchers in advance instead of coming to the store and doing it. The store manager was not even at work she sounded half asleep. She and the staff both gave different versions of why the special was not available.

I placed an online order with Coblaq for jewelry payment was done, however when you call the telephone number or send emails to them there is no response.
I've tried buying mince from Foodlovers Stoneridge and boksburg and both times what an awful experience the mince tastes disgusting I'm not even sure if it's really beef mince. Definitely no value for money. I do not recommend anyone buying the mince. I could not even bring myself to eating the mince that's how disgusting it was.
I requested a copy of my IRP5 for the year of 2011(this is requested by SARS) i was told by the consultant while i was on the telephone an email is being sent to me that was at 09:25 this morning, i have still not received the mail as yet.
I sent my vehicle last September to Chip Logic this year March my car became problematic and as I am still under the 1 year warranty gap we called OB at Chip Logic to sort out the vehicle. From the 15 March 2015 to date the car has not been been sorted out the computer box has been removed but the guy won't repair the vehicle it's 4 weeks and all we get is excuses and lies. Please assist
