Pathetic after sales. Please change Your name to "No more aftersales No more". They don’t seem to need sales anymore. Make false promises and don’t even stick to it. Most companies have air freight but not Monroe they rather keep you waiting. How nice it would be to work for a company that does not need sales. After 10 months I had no choice to replace it with RAW shocks. Think twice before fitting Monroe chocks as aftersales does not exist.
What a disgrace my experience with Coricraft is. Bought a lounge suite on the 30th of July 2023. First time in my 50 years that we bought new furniture - always had hand me downs. Saved up over years for this lounge suite. Had to wait 8 weeks for it. Then someone phoned and said that they would be at my house for delivery on the Friday, as I phoned to confirm time, no one apparently knew who phoned me and we had to wait another week. Delivered 12 Sept 2023. Got delivered and the evening only we discovered that the left arm rest of corner set was not as steady as should be. Has a ‘sqeeuky’ sound. Phoned the branch where the sales lady got irritated with me and told me that I had to work through their call centre from now on to sort out the problem. Regardless of how many calls to the call centre later, they came to fetch my couch on 20 Sept 2023 again to fix it. Only got it back today 14 November 2023, with nothing at all done to it. I feel as if these people at the factory / warehouse think it’s that we as their buyers are fools or idiots of some kind. Even the poor delivery guy Lukas could not believe what is going on as he is the one handling all of the deliveries. As the brach told me not to phone them again after the first time, I’m kind of fed up. The sales lady got her commission, the branch got their deal and money, but they don’t seem to care about you after your payment has been made. Never is a long time, but I do hope that I will never ever have to buy something from them ever again - I will also not encourage anybody to buy from them ever. I got hold of the branch manager today from the branch that I bought the suite from - she promised to contact the warehouse / factory her self and try to sort this out as soon as possible. I’ll wait and see, but am so furious. I understood the first time that it is a man made piece and their could be faults on it, but a second time with the same piece of furniture - I’m so sorry, but I can not and will not accept it.
Submitted a 3 rd Party Claim on 15th August 2023 and still waiting for payout.
