Services dropping
My last reviews was a 4 and a 5 startl but service has gone down drastically since then. Will update again once the service improves

Worst site
Will update my review once you solve your withdrawals. You only have one withdrawal option and it takes forever. Other sites payout within 30 minutes, some takes a few hours but still not as long as Bet.co.za. One cannot possibly wait two or more days for a withdrawal when there are other sites out there doing it less than an hour

Worst site in South Africa
If there was a zero star option I would give it to them. 1)Worst customer service, agents are terrible and give robotic answers 2)Deposit options are limited to, the worst deposit options 3)You will wait for months for a withdrawal and they only have two withdrawal options. Other sites has more than 5 and they payout within 30 minutes. With them you will wait till the bosses are done drinking and have money left to payout your winning. If you want a terrible betting experience, go with them. The ****** worst

Great Job Asante
Could be a 5 stars but there is room for improvement. 1)My Account manager Asante is great but she does sometimes takes hours/days to get back to me when I need assistance. Still appreciate her service but my the delay in reply is sometimes frustrating. 2)The Lag in your games are starting to become annoying now, will play with turbo spins on but the spins are slower than a normal spin. Sometimes your games just freeze/shut down and it's not the game provider because on other sites there is no lag. Please fix that. Overall like your selection of games and sport betting you have available. The promotions amd bonuses are top quality. Your withdrawal times are perfect Add Habenero games, fix your lag in the games and you will be the number 1 betting site in SA

Great and excellent service
first time was out of a job, phoned to explain, service was great and supporting, premium wasn't cancelled.<br> second incident lost my phone and I got it replaced and delivered in one weeks time.<br>
