I had one pay day loan - and then managed to get an approval for R8000 over 6 months - I only look half as it was all I required at that stage - I was told I could qualify for a top up after 3 successful payments - so now I paid my 3rd payment and was told sorry you can now only qualify for one month loans as I NEED to have 3 paid 1 month loans because of directors changes in policies! This after I received around 20 emails encouraging to apply within the month of February. I will never over indebt myself taking a 1 month loan instead of the 6 month loan I wanted I will NEVER take any loan again after I was taken for an ass the whole month. cant wait to settle this company
I want my refund from the 25th of April 2025 sorted out today, the lies given every single day, and NO ONE CAN GIVE ANSWERS WHEN CALLING IN!!!!!! I am now to a point of gtvol of being said they will escalate this matter - on top of everything I said to STOP all my payments till this is sorted - you decide to go take another instalment from my account today that after I rejected the mandate as my ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED!!! So now you ***** from my account as well!!!!! I want the R499 back in my bank account from 25 April 2025 TODAY with a proof of payment - because I am now tired of your constant weekly lies!!!! thereafter STOP this policy with immediate effect as requested on more than 1 occasion - I will go somewhere else where my money don't get ******!!!!!!
On the 25th of April Discovery had no issue deducting twice from my bank account. Immediately received an sms stating it will be rectified within 3 days. On the 5th called in, refund processed on the 5th, it will take 3 days. Called back the 12th, no mam refund will be released today..... Thats 7 days later than the first lie. Called back today, TWENTY DAYS after I started begging for my money back!!!! Still no refund. This is theft and you stole my money, no I need to continue sending in bank statements which COST MORE MONEY!!! I want ALL my debit orders stopped from Discovery up till this issue has been resolved. Dont even have the decency of calling back! This is pathetic and *********!!!
Still waiting on feedback regarding where in the process my withdrawal are. You have been giving the same message and NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL YOU BACK!!!!! This is why people wait MONTHS for a payout from your institution. When you call in no one can tell you anything! Iwant feedback
21 phone call attempts - multiple attempts on facebook - and emails and still no response on me wanting to change my bank information!!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to be penalized by Telkom for their own failure in client services!!!! Now I have to do yet another manual payment affecting my profile!!!!! Tihs is pathetic - and then you have the luxury of only responding to the complaints you feel like responding to!!! I want this issue resolved or I will take Telkom to the Consumer Tribunal AGAIN!!!!
My previous employer sent through the request for provident fund withdrawal, but every time I check on the amount, it reduces with R700plus!! So by the time the payout happens, you would have taken how much money!!! Worse of all all I see everywhere is how this process gets dragged out. So how do I know if everything is on track?? Cant log in online anymore, only on whatsapp. And so money just keeps disappearing every few days... I need an update asap
Informed Telkom that I had to do a bank change due to ***** on the account because if they cant debit your account you get penalized with R202. I have had bank changes done before as I had contracts since 2017 with them, NEVER EVER was I told the s**** I was told today. I must now accept the penalties for the next 3 months because they can't update my bank information!!!!! So Telkom is basically just taking R606 from me without ANY reason actually except they don't want to update my bank information!!!! This is daylight *****ing!!!
Its been a few days since our initial complaint, we have not received any response!!!! Pot started on R30 000, suddenly only R29654 available, unable to complete any withdrawl requests because your systems are ***********!!! R400 just dissapeared!! After having 1 successful conversation with a consultant, we have not been able to log into the profile, somehow someone changed my password!! Does not receive smss or emails!!! Whatsapp is constantly broken!! Holding the phone lines for 40 minutes to get the calls dropped!!! I want answers, because otherwise you are busy with *****!!! I DONT WANT ANOTHER AUTOMATED RESPONSE! I WANT ANSWERS
We have been trying to complete my husbands claim since Sunday. Now website is down and whatsapp keep telling you its the wrong Branch code when I know for a fact its correct. What got me is the fact that we did not even get the opportunity to complete a Withdrawl but his funds became less???? How do you explain that????
Paid them Friday, its Monday and still nothing. Suppose to be same day delivery. No messages, no response, contact numbers does not exist. Stay away.
