A payment has gone through my credit card account which was not authorized - I didn't by anything. The Reference number - PAYPAL *GAVIJIMENEZ ********** - is there anyway this can be traced and reversed. I have tried on PayPal facebook page but without success.

Titanium credit card was offered to me three weeks ago, including a credit limit increase, which was supposed to be immediate. I was told to continue using my Gold Card until the new one arrived and to destroy the Gold Card on receipt of the new one. I Have received the card, but no credit limit increase as promised. This is frustrating, as I am now over my credit limit. I have called card division several times who confirmed the increased limit would be automatic within 10 days - Idle promises ...
I am so very surprised that Electrolux has no spares available for a really good Vacuum cleaner, 1800 watt ... The fabulous POWERGLIDE PET !! , wonderful ... SO NOW ... I need spares, // hoses don't last forever.. NO WORRIES !! check out the internet... It is after all and Electrolux ... .. Humph, so now I have bought a new belt, (available) and a new Hepa - Hygiene filter (available) .. so I'm feeling good, all I need is a hose !!! YAY !! Shocking the hoses are no longer available.. DISCONTINUED ... WHAT ????? This lovely DESIGNED WITH PETS IN MIND vacuum cleaner, that I was sold with confidence by the Sales Person at Hirsch's - IS NO LONGER ... You know what ... it's discontinued, Hirsch's don't even stock Electrolux anymore... I wonder why ?? ... I have had to take the hose to me modified.. to maybe work again.. This is unacceptable ... Amazon and E BAY don't even have it...
<p>Stranded .... dead battery in Table View. It's Saturday Morning and I have things to do.. desperate to get my car started. I knew I had problems the day before... I called Battery Express Table View and several other Battery service centres in the area. Duane came to the rescue.. amazing, he came out to my home, fitted the battery after hours ... Incredible service !! </p>
<p>After a visit to this pool shop, I took advice on how to clear my pool ( just moved in) , and "shocked it" as advised buying their products and also ordered a Hug Bug pool cleaner total Cost :R2461.26 , after following the shock treatment instructions, the pool didn't look too bad and I went by to pick up the "Hug Bug", followed all the manufacturers instructions to install, and guess what - it didn't work. I obviously called Betta Pools and was told if the pool cleaner doesn't work it's a suction problem, I suggested they check it out and fix the problem, maybe a sand change. ? I was promised a visit the next day, but not to be. I phoned them and was also told that they "fitted me in between Christmas and new year, Carolyn " . When they popped by the next day the Owner told me he never got the message from his wife the day before, 'sorry.' It was then decided a peroxide cleaning was required. I said go ahead, they put in the chemicals, and since it was Friday I would have to put in the Flox myself (because they don't work on Saturdays, and Monday & Tuesday was a holiday) and to do so when the pool went grey,/ blue which I did, I received a phone call to say they had been here and looked over the wall !! another callout fee. After the holidays another callout to clean the pool, but the flox hadn't worked, so more chemicals were required. Another callout to vacuum clean the pool only to be told the filter was dirty... Duh.. I had already asked for a sand change. I paid for the sand change and three callouts R1009.00. The hug bug still doesn't work properly.. I sent a mail with payment confirmation for R825.00 for the sand change, expalining my dissapointment that he Hug Bug still doesn't work properly. NO RESPONSE .after paying R4295.26, to try and sort a small pool, . I don't know what else to say ??????????? BETTA NOT USE BETTA POOLS - bettapools.co.za</p>
I have a book to write here, however I only have 1098 characters left so hopefully I get a response. Galaxy S5 G900. IMEI: 353416060288868. Received at the Samsung Smartcare Centre for a cracked screen, 10/02/2016. Proof of purchase requested and forwarded. Called to follow up to be told that they had received info & the technician still had to check the phone,an sms would be sent when phone was ready, it was a screen warranty repair -Quote received liquid damage ? never mind the phone is used by my 14 year old daughter,we paid the R1539. on 9/03/2016. NO SMS. called centre - collect phone 17/03 Guess what - all her photos are gone !! back to the centre 18/3/2016. Only to be told that there was no memory card in the phone - SORRY ?? We only know that the sim card must be removed. Asked for the Manager ,Dorothy was useless-ASK FOR senior manager, Riaan in the toilet, wait 15 minutes. Riaan - a wiff of alcohol on his breath, said the memory cards are removed and given back to client. this never happened all we got was a receipt, he starts shaking and shouting that we have accused him of being a thief HUH ?CCTV footage would be checked, we must come back - REALLY ? Call me Please.....
I was in an unfortunate accident on Friday 23rd October 2015. THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TO TOW THE VEHICLE WAS EFFICIENT, I THOUGHT GREAT START, I'M IN GOOD HANDS.<br> <br> When trying to report the claim, I followed the email route, sending all documentation and the police report as required. No response. I then called claims, but they were too busy to take my call at 08.30. I left a message and I am still waiting for a call back. I continued to call through the day with the same result. Eventually at around 14H00, I got the claim through. I was told they would sort everything out. Since then I have had to follow up on everything... where the car was, what was happening... no response, no call back. Eventually an SMS on 3/11/2014. to let me know they are busy with the claim. I called yesterday to find out that they have to check on my accident history to check the premiums ?? I gave info to Thabugo, my previous insurers names and contact details to speed things up. To date no-one has returned my calls and this for me is not Royal service. It's a Royal Mess , since I was told I had no vehicle hire- I have hired a vehicle & had to extend this. DON'T WORRY THE KING'S GOT YOU COVERED :-(<br>
I am really unhappy with what has happened in the past few days. I received two SMS confirmations on the 10th June 2015 confirming 2 ATM transactions at 19:46 & 19:48 in Athlone, withdrawing money from my cheque account. I immediately called the stolen card number to cancel the debit card, which I have in my possession. I have a reference number for the call - I must admit Lungi was very efficient and I was told to contact the Fraud division the next day.<br> <br> I did this early on the 10th June 2015 and was told that I would receive an SMS or email confirming our discussions immediately. I am still waiting ! I was also told that depending on the backlog, this may take up to 15 working days to resolve.<br> <br> I called again today with no help in sorting the problem and ended up being put through to the credit card division, who kindly gave me the direct Fraud Line number. On calling this number - I get a message to leave a message ?? What to do now.... how many calls do you have to make to \MAKE IT HAPPEN"<br> <br> I am single mother"
