I been to the JHB branch to purchase toys , Most of the toys they sell is damaged stock , cant even be gifted , boxes are damaged, torn and full of dust They are selling these toys at high prices The floor management that walks around the shop floor is completely useless , they treat you in a manner if you owe them something and the staff at the till is arrogant, when I was at the till to pay for the few toys that is decent enough to buy , they asked me in a rude manner if I want to pay? I don't know how businesses like this are still in operation these days. Osbro is a money hungry business , don't expect to get value for money or client service when you go there
Takealot seller support - warehouse items missing /stolen we have logged multiple tickets for stock booked in to JHB and CPT warehouse that is missing , we completed multiple stock discrepancy forms , and nothing happens Takealot wants us to book our stock into the warehouse , but how can we do it if our items goes missing or gets stolen. calling the support line also does not help , they cannot escalate the issue or call the departments that needs to check where the stock is , they can only follow up on email. there is something seriously wrong at takealot warehouse,

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, USELESS SERVICE DESK they can just as well not have any support agents calling number 011 300 5800 and 0861 787 377 is a waste of time you get placed in a queue, where wait for 30 min + , eventually when you get first , a useless agent will answer, will ask for your account and id number , then transfer you to an "technical agent". they only transfer you back to the same queue and you start on number 99 again. This is the second time my fiber went down in a month since joining the service.
Ive been waiting on FNB to contact me for more than a week Calling them, does not help because no one bothers to answer the phone the secure chat option is also useless as you wait for 10 min , someone finally replies , waits for you to respond in 1 min , if no response they end the chat logging tickets also does not help this is my reference nrs, i would like to know why we pay so much for a account and fnb cant even supply any support CRM: ********** ********** 7 CAS- ********** -L8Z3T9
I can understand if the system went down yesterday(01/12/2017), but if there is a back log , ensure there is enough staff available to assist , if there is any in the call center. Today (02/12/2017) I wasted 2 hours of my own airtime , holding for a useless agent to just answer the phone.. I called before i sat down for breakfast. after my breakfast was done i was still holding........ My issue is there is 2 debit orders on my account that i need the useless call center staff to dispute and reverse because i cant do amounts bigger than R 200 my self. my experience with fnb keeps on getting worse. i went to the bank and they want to charge me to dispute this... WHY i ask FNB will return this debit order amounts if the time period to reverse the debit order expires..
Again no response from FNB connect, let another message for Dominique that is dealing with my first complaint to call me and nothing This is pathetic
After my first complaint on the 12 Sep 2017 , an FNB agent called me , name Dominique. They have agreed to refund me for the debit orders that went off after my cancelation, Call ref ********** NF - however i'm not getting any feedback on the promises to refund me for my time wasted and airtime wasted on this issue . yesterday i have sent another mail and asked Dominique to call me and supply feedback, an now nothing..... non return phonecalls seems to be all that fnb is good with these days I need this sorted out TODAY !!!!!
Have a FNB connect data package canceled 2 months ago, charges still going of my account when i called the useless service anent and the useless supervisor Shilenge, Rhandzu , they could not find my application on the system, ive sent them all the emails where i have followed up , they could only re submit my cancellation and said the accounts department will call me in 48 hours and gave me a reference nr, they refusing to refund me for the debit orders that stil went off on my account when i called again and gave them the ref nr they could not find it again FNB should refund me on my time , minutes and debit orders as i keep on phoning after them highly peed off
<p>Today was the last time that I will order from Pizza Perfect. @16:30 I called Pizza Perfect Edenglen and placed an order for delivery. More than an Hour Later and two phone calls the food was delivered cold and one pizza was squashed .I immediately called the manager and told him I am very unhappy about the service received, he then sent a new pizza in return for the squashed pizza. It seems like pizza perfect only gets its perfect the second time around.</p>
