Multichoice is a bunch of ******* that keeps on *****ing money from me. I have contacted the call Centre 3 times over the last two months to downgrade my package yet they continue deducting amounts from of much higher amount than they are supposed to. No matter how much I phone them they keep saying it will be resolved yet nothing is being done about. Bunch of ****** which I give a rating of -100. No wonder they keep losing subscribers daily and will probably closed down sooner than later at this rate!!!
Your driver by the name of Ricardo is extremally unprofessional. When I received an SMS informing me that your driver was on his way with my package, I immediately phoned him to let him know I'll leave work immediately and come home quickly in order to receive the delivery but that he please give me 15 - 20 minutes. He said he is 10 minutes away and won’t wait for me. I raced home and on route I tried phoning him to let him know I’m nearby and he rejected my call. 12h54 I get an SMS saying problem with the delivery and I tried phoning him again but no answer. I arrived home at 12h59, called him numerous times and sent SMS’s to him but no reply. I can provide call logs and SMS’s to substantiate this. Your driver needs to be disciplined and possesses no customer skills. There is till the question of WHEN will I receive my package???
I joined Vox fibre about 3 months ago and have become very disappointed with their service level. In the last 3 weeks my internet is constantly going down and I have tried phoning technical at least 5 times already but my call just goes onto queue and no operator ever answers. I stayed on hold today for 45 minutes but still no operator answers. Over this same same period I have also emailed technical regarding the same issue but up until now no one has bothered to get in contact with me. Had I known Vox’s level of service was so atrocious I would’ve never joined their network.
4 weeks and my holding deposit has still not been reversed despite numerous calls!!! Avis has definitely the worst service ever with a no care attitude towards their clients. Furthermore ignoring my complaints instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand is unacceptable behavior. I also noticed now that complaint I put on Facebook last week in hope this gets resolved has been deleted which I presume was done so the post won’t be seen by the public.
TS Legal Services seems to be incomptent as performin their required dutiesten and do their job. I have been constantly called, mailed and harassed by the City of Tshwane and their TS Legal services which claim that I have an outstanding rates & taxes with them for a house that I sold five years ago. I have forwarded documentation suc times to them inducating that the property in question was sold and transferred into someone else's name, but yet up to no one seems to resolve this matter and they continue harassing me. Last week I received a message saying they want to list me as a bad payer on Credit Bureaus for not making any payment. Seeing that personnel at the TS Legal Services and the City of Tshwane are fix their own errors and update their records accordingly so as to resolve this issue, I am being forced to take legal action against the TS Legal Services and City of Tshwane for the constant harassment and threats and the City of Tshwane will be held liable for ALL costs incurred!
Service at Tshwane Municipality is going from bad to worse. Staff at the municipality seem to be incompetent and don't know how to do their job. I have been constantly called, mailed and harassed by the City of Tshwane and their legal services which claim that I have an outstanding rates & taxes with them for a house that I sold six years ago. I have forwarded documentation on numerous occasions to substantiate that the property was sold and transferred into someone else's name but yet no one seems to resolve this matter and continue harassing me. Today I received a message saying they want to list me as a bad payer on Credit Bureaus for this issue. Seeing that personnel at the municipality are unable to perform their job and update their records, I am being forced to take legal action against the City of Tshwane for the constant harassment and incompetence which all comes at a hefty cost.
I have for the last 6 weeks been trying to upgrade my contract. I have visited the Cell C shop at Canal Walk four times already where the first two times they didn't have the phone in stock and were awaiting arrival. On third time time which was about three weeks later, there was some admin issue from their side which they promised they will resolve and get back to me the next day which they never did. After another day I went there again to which they replied that they are still busy resolving the issue and will revert to me the next day. That was over two weeks ago and they still haven't reverted back to me. After a few days I phone customer care to which they apologised to for the poor service and they said they would process my upgrade telephonically and courier the phone to me. An agent was due to phone me the next day to commence the process which never did. I phone again after two days and again they apologised and assured me that an agent will phone shortly. This was last week Wednesday and I am still waiting for them to call me. I'm really disappointed at the lack of service I've experienced am really considering moving over to another service provider.<br> L.C.
