Please do never book this self catering accommodation which I found on booking. com. I have never had such a shocking experience in 65 countries I have travelled to. The pictures of the studio apartment look fine but it is located in a dirty, run down, smelly apartment block in a dangerous area. Cables hanging from the ceiling, lift not working, people shouting, traffic noise, disgusting smell in the whole building. Would love to share pictures!
my many communication attempts to yourself and Telkom refers. The shocking fact is that my invoice has been sent for collections and I am still getting charged every month! I am still getting many invoice emails despite cancellations months ago. Right now I received yet ANOTHER invoice. Please can you confirm the cancellation and zero statement of the account in writing. It still states "SUBSCRIPTION AND USAGE" for this month! Please can no more communication be sent to me going forward. Julia Barton-Hill
I cancelled my line in May or June, it is now September and I am still receiving bills despite having the cancellation confirmation. This is unacceptable. It is now even being handed over!
I cancelled 2 months ago online, got a confirmation but I am still being billed. This is one of many examples I have experienced with Telkom and this is exactly WHY I WILL NEVER become a Telkom customer again.
My request to update documents for my business account has gone unnoticed in 5days... business account updates cannot take this long! I really only get feedback once I post on hellopeter which is unacceptable. On top of this I have been cut off twice in the call center after spending money on my airtime to get assistance (on top of a monthly account fee of course)...
I have paid UIF for 20years and am unemployed since June 2021. All docs were submitted online in July last year. Callcenter confirms all docs were complete. To date no payment. Yesterday I receive the info from call center that there was no pay and it is now being RE-ASSESSED. How is this possible if everything received has been signed off and I have already been waiting for 9months? I don't know what else to do.
Opening account took weeks as a SMME business. Huge delay in simply responding to required documents etc. Having sent queries to 3 different business departments I am still waiting on another issue for a change in the account. Unacceptable! It seems the only way of sorting things out is by qing many minutes on their callcenter line!
For the last 14days my telephone and DSL line has not been re-instated despite paying my bill online. Pls do sort this out immediately!
I am getting no response, my travel agent is not getting response in under a week. I booked an expensive package for Mauritius and paid BEFORE lockdown. This is now 1.5years ago. Club Med kept my money and I now cannot travel due to vaccines. I need to get a refund ASAP and not in several weeks from now. Air Mauritius is under business rescue. I booked both via Club Med and now cannot get my money back.
Despite emailing the billing team a week ago my account was suspended. I never received an invoice and was unable to pay online due to no bill visible on my accounts.
