My husband bought a Sylver CREST XXL digital airfryer. I cooked with it and I was not happy with it. It is very slow compared to the Milex airfryer we have, I told him tor eturn it. I washed it and one of the icons started to fade it gave more reason to return it, poor quality. Now takealot doesn't want to take it back saying it was used, how would I have known that it is slow if I did not use it. They claiming it has a dent of which it was not there when I packed it. First time I receive such poor service, I am disappointed. I am so done with takealot.

I have bought an item on the 10th November 2024 and returned on the 14th. I was told the refund will take 7 business days to reflect in my account. It has now been more than a month. I have never experienced such customer experience with all my online shopping.
I would like to write a review about Home-Connect I am very dissapointed with their service. We have no connection from the 21/11/2021 to date. Not even a notification/ correspondence of what is happening. And this is not the first time. We are writing exams,this is so frustrating especially not hearing anything from them. Not happy at all.
Telkom has no customer service at all. The consultants not properly trained. I have logged a complaint on the 22nd October and it has still not being attended to.
