unable to send payment outside US except via Paypal. Airbnb has repeatedly deleted my payout method (EFT to my foreign Bank), at first it takes a few days to have it registered, then Airbnb claims payment was made, when not seeing any funds clearing on my foreign account and after inquiring, Airbnb ask me to inquire with my bank. The bank not seeing any transaction request a SWIFT MT103 (international standard serving as proof of payment), Airbnb is unable to provide such proof of payment. Airbnb then unilaterally delete my method of payment and holds the funds as a result.
I purchased an oven from Defy, but unfortunately, I have been experiencing a recurring issue with the door not closing properly. This has caused damage to the furniture nearby. Despite a technician acknowledging the problem during their visit, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. I followed up with another complaint and even lodged a formal complaint, but despite a technician (Basil) reaching out via phone, no adequate appointment was made and no one has shown up to address the problem. I am disappointed with the absence of effective service.
I bought an oven from Defy, the door doesn't close properly. This resulted in a damaged furniture nearby. A technician came, acknowledged the issue but zero action was taken. Poor service.
Bought an oven (Defy) with a door nor closing properly which resulted in complete damage to the surrounding kitchen furniture. Several 'technicians' came to site but no action was taken. This despite having bought several appliances over the years.
OldMutual Superfund hotline 0860455455 not functional, call 'technically' answered but served with complete silence... impossible to get hold of anyone
reliable, friendly, on time, great service, and customer orientated
great service, same-day proposal, installation within the week, friendly and professional.
This contractor is difficult to get hold of and doesn't respond timeously to solve issues. A wooden floor was ordered and installed, no follow-ups occurred (e.g. one would expect a courtesy call for the least and certainly advice on how to care or maintain said floor). When sold, no mention was made at any point about the specific need for repeated floor treatment post-installation up and until the wooden floor can be considered fully protected. In absence of such knowledge and after a few weeks, stained occurred and were observed. After numerous messages, we were directed to the incorrect sub-contractor (who supposedly had treated the floors, but didn't) and then another subcontractor who allegedly did and who then suggested applying some product to try correct what has already occurred. This product is to be applied a few times over the space of several weeks for the wood to absorb and become protected as a result. We are now left with a new but stained floor (uncertain whether these will disappear), we have to remove all furnitures to treat the entire surface adequately as it should have been from day one (would we have been informed). Eco Oak Flooring did not come to site once to see/ascertain for himself, but rather flat out denied any possible issue or wrong-doing, instead, the only answer received was that the construction manager had signed his work off (weeks before we moved in) and that we should be applying some product to possibly fix the situation. Poor service experience overall
poor serice, this contractor is quick to cash in but then doesn't respond to messages timeously. a floor was ordered and eventually installed, zero follow-up ensued (e.g. one would expect a simple courtesy call or even care advice) when sold no mention were made at any point about specific need for repeated floor treatment post installation up and until the wooden floor can be considered fully protected. In absence of such knowledge and after a few weeks stained occured and were observed. after numerous messages; the contractor never came to site to see for himself, and flat out denied any possible issue on the premisses that the construction manager had signed off his freshly installed flooring. we were instead directed to the wrong sub-contractors first (who agreed that the floor were not protected), then another sub contractor who pointed out the necessity to use specific products to provide protection to the floor prior being able to use the floor like any standard wooden floor. We are now left with a brand new and stained floor, we have to remove all furnitures to treat the entire surface adequately as it should have been from day one. Customer satisfaction comes second to this contractor; we were served with bad faith in addition. unprofessional, Stay clear.
poor service, this contractor is quick to sign and send invoices but then doesn't respond to messages timeously. Actual issues are later immediately denied before even coming to site to see by himself; customer concerns and satisfaction comes second to this contractor; bad faith ultimately is what this contractor will deliver to you. unprofessional, questionnable ethics, Stay clear.
