I sold my car through Cartique nearly 2 months ago.

Since then, I cannot get any documents or proof of the sale from them, and I'm still waiting for the money from the sale. They ask for 20 days for all the transactions to be complete (which is more than enough time), yet still I sit with not even a confirmation of the sale. I now have no car, no answers, no communication and no money.

The owner is impossible to get hold of and their sales people duck and dodge every question.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!

I cancelled my Telkom account 3 months ago and recieved a confirmation call and email, yet I am STILL being charged and receiving monthly invoices. I've contacted their facebook team twice who have said it is all sorted out, as well as re-sent all of the email communication to the email addresses on the website and that were given to me by the Facebook team. Yet still, today I receive the next months invoice. I will not pay a cent. The entire experience has been a ****** nightmare from day one. I pray the Telkom monopoly is brought down by the new ISPs.

In 2014 I cancelled my contract with Vodacom after it ended and went onto Pay-as-you-go. The final debit orders went off without a problem. They then continued to debit my account R100 for 20 months until I caught on - the bank SMS won't come through unless the carge is R100.01 and up. I then manually cancelled the debit order fearing it was a scam after getting no response from queries sent to Vodacom.

Since then I have been handed to debt collectors. I have asked them to check their records, sent them all the info I can and their findings have not changed.

I have spent hours recollecting all of my bank statements and aligned them to Vodacom Invoices from my contract - All paid up to the confirmed date of cancellation of which I have correspondence. Still they continue to have their debt collectors harass me.

I was initially going to ignore the R2000 they have illegally debited/stolen from me, but now I am seeking legal advice. If anyone could help, please comment.

Thanks.

When trying to register as a customer I have to use the accent on an e (?) for my surname. But the system then doesn't carry it over to the next page so my name is incomplete and I cannot edit my name on that screen. When I try to continue I get the error \ID and surname do not match".

I cannot register as a customer to get a customer number. If you don't have a customer number you cannot put through an enquiry. The call center does not work. I cannot open a company.

PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME!!!"""
I made a report here last week about how it takes Telkom 2 months to move an adsl line and how it takes a full month to \release"a line into the pool for my ISP to pick up. Immediately got 2 quick responses from telkom. Problem is that they are simple cut and paste responses and no one actually contacted me personally. They just want to appear to be solving problems on HP. No wonder they're shedding jobs - they're THE MOST USELESS service provider I've ever dealt with."""
Apart from the 20 minute wait on the \help line"which I've had to complete 4 times from a cellphone - It takes TWO MONTHS to move a telkom line from one address to another and resume your adsl service with your chosen ISP. Surely this is against any kind of competitions act or something??? I struggled enough to get telkom to release my line from House A"
I have been trying for over a week to get a response from Telkom to help me move my ADSL line. I've tried the call center twice, which leaves me on hold for at least 20 minutes - this costs me money as I have no telkom phone line to make the call with.
I then submitted 2 requests online for the line moving which said 2/3 day response time. Needless to say there has been no response.
I then tried the chat line. No response to my queries and no response from the \Call Me Back"button.
If your service was any good"
The installer was not notified by the his call center/office of the need for the dish to be installed as well. Tshepang was massively accommodating and understanding. He resolved the issue right away and the installation went smoothly thereafter. A pleasure to deal with him.
