Not good at all they take your monthly payment and when they need to approve payments the stall, they come with excuses not to pay. I need to move to some insurance that actually are for the client and insured pet
I have taken my puppy to the vet in November. He was admitted to hospital due to an accidental emergency. We have the classic plan that covers all emergencies. Well what a shock to find out they don't pay claims once you have with Drew your daily limit to pay a deposit to the vet because of s emergency and after hour admission. I have been battling to get oneplan to pay out the balance and now they don't even answer my emails, calls. I will not suggest oneplan pet insurance to anyone who love their pets
We have signed up for a 3 month subscription at R499 per month in end of Feruary 2023. I had nothing but trouble with dstv. First they have *********** people in the customer care centee who deleted all our info just after I have called them to eccept the offer. Then they cancel the order and there accounts department does not give a shot if it is their staffs problem and fault you just have to pay to watch . That only because they have the monopoly. They say they get all information from Experian. But if you look at your score and information on Experian it is totally different. You battle to get hold of clearscore and if you do they blame Experian which actually got the right information.

i am a member since 2010 but suddenly in 2015 they cant put my debit order through<br> and because of no communication at first they suspended my account to my embarrisment when i needed to see the doctor. since then it is my responsibility to eft the money to them <br> what happened with the debit order that were in place please get competant people to deal with these matters
