Today 26/05/21. I went to Aerial and Satellite City( JHB CBD) fora change of decoder ownership. i was met by a consultant Katlego Malatji. she was so helpful, advising. After she realised that i had no idea on some of the packages. she politely and thoroughly explained to me almost everything. Keep doing such a wonderful job to the others as well. Morning, I had bad experience with Nedbank branch in Evaton Mall, On the 16th October 2019 at around 17: 50, I deposited money on the ATM and while the deposit was processing it showed technical problem and a receipt comes out, with the message saying" that they can't confirm my deposit due to possible technical error and the cash will be retained" The following day, 17th I went to the same branch , I was told that they are offline, the 18th again I went, the very same problem, On Saturday again offline and they send me to Thabong branch which is 10km away. Upon reaching Thabong , again they are offline. I ask myself hw a big bank like Nedbank , can be offline for 3 consecutive days. I found their service soo pathetic. Even now I am not sure whether my deposit is safe or not.
Few hours ago i put a call to Standard Bank Insurance section for enquiry. i was met by the lady called Mahlatse Moropjane, she was versatile, very patient and her product explanation was informative and understandable . I was so happily satisfied with her client service after our conversation . Keep it up with the good work to other clients with your Five star service. Thanks

I Bought Secondhand Polo Playa Automatic 2007 Model in Mastercars Dealership in Menlyn ,Garsfontein Road Pretoria In 30 Dec 2014. Towards the end of Feb , i experienced problems with Gearbox and i notified the dealeship , they asked me to bring it back to be checked, after inspection and test driving it was found out that it had what is called pulling delay. The car was taken into their workshop to be fixed and new gearbox was sourced out, the total cost was + - R30K , My warranty was prepared to pay R8000 of which there is a shortfall of R20K.<br> So the dispute came when the dealership wants me to pay half of R20K of whick i refuse, i found it unfair to me for them to say i am also responsible for the damage, how possible is that. Its fraud for them to sell me knowinly the car that have mechanical problems, taking unlawful advantage of me. Presently the car is parked at their workshop gathering dust while i am paying monthly installments together with insurances. I am getting raw deal from this dealeship. when you send emails to them , they hardly respond.<br> <br> Please help me.
