I asked a computer technician for a referral to a reliable internet service provider and he recommended V-net in the Heldeberg. I signed up with them a week ago and my install is today. I had issues with the contractor assigned by Frogfoot and this was resolved within half an hour by V-net, who are on the ball and their service is excellent. That is what you are signing up for. Their business ethic. Their product is offered at a competitive rate. I am their new cheerleader!

This is a letter sent to the CEO escalation team. They too do not respond to emails anymore and in fact I do not even receive a generic email to say that the office has received my emails. It appears that I have been migrated to a different plan Smart L and some other thing I have never heard of Bonus hour or something. I am unable to monitor my data because as I have said in my previous email, the app no longer gives me any information. I am furious that the two emails I sent to you yesterday, Rani, were ignored. I demand some information. I also demand a letter of apology that explains to my creditors that Vodacom blacklisted me without cause. You people have cost me hugely. I can no longer wait. This has now been going on for nearly 3 months! You have told me that you are crediting my account. When will I get the money in the bank? This is a delivery service that usually gets it right. However, they have double billed me for an order that they messed up. I have shown them my bank statement, and a smarmy operator named Liam insists that it is not true. You can't fabricate a bank statement, Liam! I'd like to wipe those nasty little smiles right off your face!

I have been trying to resolve my matter for two months. My cost is exponential. I have spent all day today emailing and phoning Head Office. I am going to hand this matter over and go to the press if it is not resolved before close of business today. I want a letter of apology, a statement that I am not a defaulter, and for your legal department to remove me from the credit blacklist that was their error, not a default. I would welcome correspondence with people who have had this issue and may be interested in a class action suit.
I have been trying to get an account issue resolved for two months. Vodacom have given me this reference number: #1- ********** ********** but they appear incapable or unwilling to credit me for a phone that I returned within the 14 day period. I wish to cancel my account at the end of this month and I require confirmation that this has been ordered and that my account has been adjusted. They may have the best network in the country, but they are data sharks and they overcharge for their services. Furthermore, they block the second SIM slot on dual SIM phones.
I have been billed incorrectly and I have also attempted to give 30 days notice on this ****ing account three ****ing times. I have been into a ****ing Telkom shop in Century City. I am a third of my way between Durban and Cape Town, and my brake light and alarm have come on in my car. I have called AA for emergency roadside assistance. They have told me that they do not have a technician on duty in the area now (even though they offer nationwide 24 / 7 service), and the woman on the phone suggested that I may not get help tomorrow either because it is Sunday and "Bloemfontein is a small town." Please will the AA explain this utter disaster? Why should I pay my monthly subs for this???
Awful, just awful. I have ordered from them three times in the last three days. Look at the photos of what muck was delivered.
