I bought a Hoodie there. And the quality was not good. Sent an email on the 23 to lodge a complaint and was told to take it back to the store. I did that, then just when the cashier was about to do my refund. The manager said she can't authorize it. It needs the other manager and I must come back on Friday. I told them straight up that it was ridiculous and left the hoodie. She then took my numbers and until this day she hasn't called me. I then sent another email telling them what happened and until today they didn't bother to call me. The head office also took my number and until today no communication. I even called the head office and they told me about the email THAT THEIR TURNAROUND TIME IS 72 HOURS. IT'S BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND STILL NOTHING. I STARTED THIS COMPLAINT ON THE 23 JUNE JUST TO REFUND A HOODIE. BUT THEY ARE SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST
I bought a Pump last year December. Now 2 weeks ago when I plugged it. Started smoking. Logged in a return. Which was fetched. Then received an email. From one of the Agent asking about the nozzles that were missing from the product. I then told her that I must have lost them as I couldn't find the nozzles. And she didn't respond back. Now 15 min ago the pump was delivered and wasn't fixed. ALL BECAUSE OF ****** NOZZLES. SO I WANT THEM TO TAKE THIS THING BACK AND FIX IT SINCE IT'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY
I did a laybye at jet Maponya mall I was fascinated by the garments. Hands I laybyed them Couple of weeks later I received a call that there was a flooding in store and the garments were not in a sellable condition. And my laybye has been cancelled. Went to the store and they were surprised about it and that my laybye was still there. A cashier wrote that it will expire on the 13 of October. Month end of September I then returned to the store and now my laybye is no longer in the system. Waited for 45 min and I was not assisted. I asked for the manager and they told me that the manager was not available and asked for her to be called. They then said she was doing stock taking and wont be able to answer the phone. So now tell me what kind of a manager responsible for a store but can't answer the phone. The cashier with an attitude then told me to come back the following day. REALLY? I am also working and I can't be going back and forth. I am really really angry about the way I was treated and my slip has even faded. Nothing ****es me off like she didn't even bother to take my details so that she can do a follow up. We support local malls then we get this kind of treatment. I want my money back. Little as it is. Its mine and I have worked hard for it. I will NEVER EVER BUY IN THAT STORE AGAIN.
i recently played a lays competion on the 13 march 2019 and won a dining voucher ans was told i will receive my voucher to reddem it, 5 days later on the 19 march 2019, i sent an emai, till this day there was no response.... today 09 may, i called the to enquire, the consultant told i will receive my voucher, immediately after the call. i made the call the 13:00 its now 16:00 and still nothing... im a huge fan for lays but this is daylight roberry, i won that voucher so surely i deserve it
on friday 31 August i bought pizza at carlton centre.. stood in que like everyone else. and waited for my pizza like everyone else. and i was waiting. i realised my numbers was jumped. I then went over the counter to find out what was happening. the manager MOHAMMED asked me where i got the slip from .... #WHERE ELSE WOULD I GET THE SLIP OTHER THAN THE CASHIER ..... my bf arrived there while i was busy asking the cashier if she reconised me . MY BF BECAME VERY ANGRY. Because ive been waiting after they asked me such questions . he confronted the manager and mohammed started shouting at us like we were thieves and asked the cashier to give us our money back.. ive never felt humiliated and degraded by the service i was there.. mohammed is not worth being called a manager.. i work very hard for my money...
On the19 th of August, I bought cclothes of about R670. CASH... I then went back on t he 20th wanting to la bye clothes worth 600, then the staff was ffollowing me around.
I bought hot wings 12and a slider box 3.came home and ate with my family. As I was eeating. I tasted a rotten taste in the last piece of the wings, I am not happy because I bought this meat this morning
The first time I went there was on the 15th May at about 15:00. I was assisted by Simphiwe,they assessed the phone and told me to come back. I then took my phone back. Went back on the 19th at about 12:00. Assessed the phone again and they realised the phone was operating well and the problem is the charging system was faulty. They didn't book it still as I took it back with me. I then went back on the 27th at around 16:00,on that day simphiwe was busy with other store details and asked his colleague to assist me. His name is sphiri. He left me waiting on the counter and went to the toilet. When he came back, I told him that it wasn't a way to treat a customer and that I will report him. That guy gave me a stinking attitude and even offered me a phone to call the head office. I was so pissed off. But kept my cool. Went back on the 28th. This time they took my phone.. I've been sending emails to them and they told me the phone was still in store. If they don't have spare parts they should just refund me or a new phone instead of them treating me this way. I paid cash to buy the phone and I deserve that much if they still want me be a customer there
I bought a phone at John Craig. And it started giving me problems as it has a faulty charging system. And it's still under warranty. I was told that the hisense u970 was discontinued and they don't have spare parts. I've been given a run around for more than a month now. I even sent an email to the hisense company and its pillar to post. I'm unemployed and I bought that phone for convenience so I could job hunt with it. Until today no one is saying anything
