Leak under bathroom tap, called A247, send out 2 plumbers, they assessed, went and got parts and "fixed", paid 2225.25. Same day the leak was still there, supposed to come out first thing next day, arrived after 2pm, assessed and said leak is in the wall, all parts and labor was for nothing , now quoted 2915, to fix the same leak that they were called out to fix originally.
No customer service besides the chat, no communication, to tracking or ETA, Terrible service.
After around 5 trips and several calls to Builders Warehouse Midrand, I finally was able to purchase a new Geo Bubble Pool Cover, as my old one had expired. I purchased and paid for 9m on Sunday, On Monday I found that in only had around 7m, called manager , took it back today, they recut 9 meters, got home , found that its around the same size as the last , took it back made them measure Infront of me, they show me 9m on the Measure Tape, but the measure tape starts from 2m, the place that sells measuring tapes, is using one that is missing the 1st 2m, I then had about a half an hour wait, watching the manager/s try and refund me 10% off my purchase on their system. People use your services to measure and cut!!!!!!!
The Accident took place on the 14 December 2020, I was hit from the left , by a white vehicle (SUV type vehicle) , I was in the fast lane on the N1 south bound on my way to work,It was a rainy day , the road was wet, I attempt to not go into the barrier I swerved left going into traffic, then back right in attempt to slow down / stop the vehicle and finally into the barrier on the right, I did try and slow down as much as I could., at 8:57 I called discovery insure while in the car reporting the accident, and requesting being towed, I said the door was stuck, I was in between the fast lane and the barrier at the time.They asked me if was injured etc, I verified no impact alert was received by them.It was peak traffic and difficult to get a tow truck to me, and asked me to check if the car was drivable, I just wanted to get out from that spot as it was dangerous due to high speed vehicles.I moved the car a little and checked I could drive it , but the steering wheel was almost inverted in order to move straight,I put on my hazards and drove the car slowly to the police station and reported the accident,I brought the car home and called discovery insure going over the damages, emphasizing that the car is not in a good drivable condition, and should be collected from here, especially the impact on the wheel/ the steering and positioning of the tyres.We verified that something was leaking under the car, but it was a few drops of liquid, nothing flowing.I was informed to take the vehicle to a panel beater for the assessment, I told them this vehicle is not good to drive and should be towed, I don’t want to drive the car to and from in this condition.They opted for a digital assessment , and I sent all the details via whatsapp, and an email confirming that I had submitted the pictures.I had emphasized the issue with the wheels and the steering wheel, the noise it is making and that the vehicle needs to be towed.The car was then parked throughout the peak season until January when the car was booked to RAB.The car was not towed, I had to drive the car there, when I got to the panel beater, they inspected the car, and said that this car should not have been driven, the tyres are cut, and should have towed as originally request,when I got home I called discovery insure (around 8:32) on the 05th Jan and complained about this, and to ensure that repairs are done with thoroughly as no real assessment was done. The Barrier Impact caused my steering to be almost inverted, There is a "Play" on the steering, whatever that means, the wheel nut but was stripped by the impact , the stuck door, control arms , shocks were declined by the assessor due to "Wear and Tear" and not the impact into the CONCRETE BARRIER. my vehicle is complete, with these issues, 1 wheel with 3 nuts, faulty steering wheel, shocks, and control arms, and a door that does not close. @Discovery Holding, you are a company that I invest: Medical Aid, Banking, Investments, Life , and this is your version of my Cover? I am not a mechanic , but if getting hit into a Concrete barrier and this is how you cover me, I am clearly with the wrong service provider!

Valentines day delivery , no confirmation, no way to get a hold of them, email , telephone, twitter, no non-automated responses.
Communication is Pathetic, I was rear smashed in December last year, your legal team is still recovering the funds and could not get a hold of the 3rd party, when all it took was 1 call from me, and I even gave them the details,my vehicle is still not fixed, been following up since 26/01/18..awaiting parts, what is your purpose if the client has to do all the work and keep following up ? was expected to receive feedback from JohnMo by the 28th, still no communications from this company. "The parts should arrive on the 27/02/2018 and the client will be contacted to make a booking date so the repairs can be done.”, the parts have was originally meant to have arrived on the 8th FEB (Original delayed Date), every week this matter is being "Escalated" .. to nothing, default response on twitter : basically means .. "Thanks for paying us to do nothing"!

My vehicle is not ready, 2 months since incident, being calling the call centre since monday last week, as a similair issue happended last year with my other vehicle, which was died a week after being repaired, with items missing from vehicle(reported).The initial consultant (last monday) said the delay was from discovery and my extension on rental will be granted if no feedback was received on friday, last week, I called in & raised the issue, it was then escalated to a manager, yesterday i called in again for a follow up, & insisted that Claudia (Agent) asks her manager R. Varshen to call me by the COB, no follow up still. Disc Insure's service providers seem to be consistent in creating this delay. My car is still not ready, & disc Insure have no answer.As the customer, is this my job to constantly follow up with you, or your service provider/s? this the second time, a vehicle is in and not ready after a month of rental cover. Is Disc Insure not interested in resolving this matter? this is very unprofessional !!!!, I have several policies / investments & Insurances with Discovery, is the your level of service ???</p>

<p>Online order placed on the 18/11 for Kenton 17" Laptop Backpack, 15.6" Kenton Laptop Backpack delivered on 22/11, reported incorrect delivery on the 22/11.</p> <p>today is the 30/11 the issue has still not been resolved, despite several calls to the call centre.</p> <p>called last friday, was promised exchange of product will be delivered by 3PM, called on saturday spoke to Pfarelo luke, who said the exchange was not valid, and they would conact me on monday, monday called call centre, again and was promised follow up, yesterday logged issue again on makro site 7 times for management to call me.</p>
