My mtn package wss delivered this moring but I am told by mtn it wasn't marked delivered or rica by dsv
The phone I got last month with you guys I I am not happy at all the phone display quality is not good at all the phone is less than a month old and I do not want it anymore I would like to cancel and get my deposit refund or get a different phone
I had a phone with payjoy it was paid up.more then a year ago but it stll.shows on my credit profile as not paid and also payjoy is declining me form.takeing a new phone most likely because of this I'm very unhappy
Why can I not port out my numbers when I try to it says my ports are blocked by my current service provider

I placed a order on the 20th for a loop I was told it it would be delivered with rains own services the I was told it would be delivered with ccd so I called ccd and was told they have no packages for me so now I am generally confused and what happening I also didn't like.how the female sales agent talked too me today when I called in to ask about the status of my order she didn't have a nice attitude at all and this has left me extremely disappointed as I've always gotten good service from rain all I wanted to know is who is delivering my loop Order that i placed on the 20th and when will it be delivered I didn't need such attitude from your female sales agent
I got 2 loops one for me and one for my son Green and Orange my son doesn't like the color and I don't need the one I got for myself anymore so I was wondering of you can please cancel both loops effective immediately and then I'll take a different color for my son please urgently help me with the loops can be collected form my home please help me with this
I wss at your fnb branches more than once trying to close this easy account because I'm not using it and fees are growing the frist time i did go the lady told me to just do it on app I left and it didn't work on the app so I did go to a different branch of your week's later I couldn't get assistance at that branch because they had a power failure then again I will do a different branch and the person at tbat branch said the manger is not there to help her now what must I do fnb this easy account is growing with fees and no one is able to help me close it the account ends in 2425 please close it as I can't waste so much money on uber to different branchs and not getting assistance
My 5g network is down no internet on loop.and rain 101 however I have connections by 4g what's going on
My 5g stop haveing internet on.my rain 101 and loops they switched to 4g what's going on with the 5g the 4g is also very slow
