I requested a proof of payment this morning from our branch Services Manager, Tatiana Spinas, she immediately escalated the issue to Business Assist, and within an hour Simphiwe Mbokazi send me the relevant proof of payment. This was the first time in a long time that I was assisted with such efficiency and fast service.
The traffic department gives bad services, I was informed to collect my drivers licence card at the traffic department in ceres but when I got there now I was told they have sent my card to the town where I reside. And the town which is Tulbagh is closed until further notice and no one is informed
Yesterday morning I received a sms that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm, and it was delivered by 10am. Thank you Ram for your swift delivery service, It is truly appreciated.
Today I went to replace my bank card which had expired, and I received the best service by Consultant Ryan Apollis. Thank you for the service at Tulbagh branch Absa
I tried opening an account but my identity number has already been used. How is that possible and what measures do you take to verify information
Bash should really considering moving from courier company. I had on order, the parcel from RAM is still out there somewhere, while I already received my order from Dawn Wing.
Useless service!! My parcels would've been delivered yesterday, and today I see that it is being prepared for the delivery route. This is not the first time, as the last time I was waiting for a delivery, I spoke to customer care and they told me that their drivers couldnt get hold of me. That is a lie as no one from them called me. Meanwhile you always see their vans on the road as if they are actually working, looks more to me that they are just driving around with your parcels. I will never buy from BASH (TFG) again, at least not online.
Exceptional service. I just want to express gratitude to the guys who work in the Pearl Valley Golf Estate area. I was awaiting a parcel, and the company I had ordered from had my delivery address wrong. Those two guys knows my name, and knew immediately where to deliver my parcel. They are always friendly and deliver service with a smile on their faces. Good communication skills and customer service.
So tonight I had problems with logging into my Absa app. I called the customer care, and was assisted by an agent Curnon Barnes. He was so helpful and friendly over the phone and took me through the all the steps as to what I should do. I just want to thank him and the Absa team, for the assistance.
