No to very bad communication from wbc! My car was using excessive coolant. I sent the car to one of their "approved" dealerships. They could not find anything wrong. Then I took the car to a private mechanic who informed me that my car needs a radiator, he showed me and my car was Pink underneath from the coolant. I have tried Communicating with them, they informed me there are different dealerships now as the list is updated (I get it) and if there is not one close to me, I need to let them know. I did tell them the closest is about 40-50min's drive, can I not go anywhere closer... Boom! No more Communication! I have raised a concern 04/06/2025...not one call or email. After sending a mail Again to customer care... They told me to take the car to Ford as I have taken out a motor plan... First I heard I was allowed to take the vehicle to Ford. Even WesBank is disappointing me as this matter has not been resolved. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?
I am being constantly harassed by an email sailing its the FINAL Demand and the balance is R0? May I add I have never even heard of this place, and I don't reside in Jhb! I have gotten the same email for Dr q se****. If you reply all they say is they don't have control over the goodx emails. What **** is that! Also lute lies! 😡🤬😡🤬
Disgusting! This insurance refuse to cancel my parents policy. My mom asked cancel months ago, and still they deduct from their account. They are already on a new and more helpful insurance but why o why first for woman? Probably because you will have to pay a cash back.
Yesterday I visited Clicks Caledon. Was so disappointed in their service. I needed to pick up 2 antibiotictics that THEY had short! This was suppose to have come Saturday and then again Yesterday, still waiting for them to call me! He could not complete his course so had to visit the doctor again. Thanks to unreliable service
Failing to cancel my ADSL line! but I still have to pay the fees, even though it was disconnected!
Terrible terrible terrible We thought what a cute little cafe inside checkers. I ordered food and drinks, got out drinks after a reasonable amount of time. Waited 45minutes for our food!! 45MINUTES! When I got to the counter to ask if our food is still coming, all of the 6 staff just looked at me and one another. They never placed my order. Freaking terrible service. I am so disappointed!
Totally revolting! utterly disappointing in ffw insurance as well as N2 towing! First they drop my car off at the wrong location and leaving it in the middle ofthe road on a red line, dropping it off at Hyundai and somebody taking items from my car! I will definitely not recommend any of the above!
Today I wrote an international exam, and I failed because we were not properly prepped! last year if we didn't pass the prep test, no writing for you! so I wrote and I was not ready, so I think this is quite unprofessional! I wouldn't refer anybody to this company. There was a few issues but now I know what to expect...I paid a lot for my course and now I have to pay, for someone else's unprofessional service.
