So last week Wednesday on 27/10/2021 I ordered food like I Normally do for a delivery at Spar same mall???I was told they will Not deliver for me because they also have to queue to pay at Spar??I mean what does that have to do with the service they promised customer??they said they deliver for FREE now I ordered and this is what I am told??It is not the first time they refuse to deliver for me. First timer I just let it go and now I see it is becoming a habit. If Money for people that work for Spar is Not Good Enough they must just tell us we can STOP buying from them and go elsewhere where we are valued and appreciated???And that time I am a regular customer that buys there atleast 4 times a week??
So on the 29th june 2021 Mr D deducted money from account and I did Not order nor receive anything from them. So on 10th August I went to buy pap and I was given yesterday's pap??I went back to complain and I was told that I didn't mention that I want fresh pap and they are still busy cooking??????Really? So we must be specify that we want fresh or not????I am really disappointed in the service I received??if I wanted yesterdays pap I would have brought from home. Why are you even selling yesterday's food???? I then went to the customer care to complain,They replied on 16th to say they received my complain and gave me a case number and that i will be contacted? I then received another email on 17th from galitos with a different case number asking me to explain what happened so they can assist ,I then responded with my complain till today I am still waiting for feedback???????? WHY ARE THEY EVEN SELLING YESTERDAY'S FOOD????????
We booked lapa 10 for R400 2 weeks before we could go,on the 28 dec 2019 when we got there we found people sitting and braaing at our Lapa,we nicely told them we booked the lapa and we want to use the braai stand,they said they were not told that they cant use the Lapa Braai Stand????we went to complain and one of the staff members came back with us,went to those people and just told them they need remove their meet on the braai stand and she left????.we had to wait an hour or so for those people to finish braaing so we can use the braai stand that we paid for????I mean they never even bothered to come back to check if we are still fine or not???Pathetic!!!!!!their service is poor and i demand my money back.I mean we did not enjoy anything as we were busy arguing with the people using our braai stand ?????I want my money back.
I took up a loan with African bank,now i decided i wanna settle my loan expecting to get a settlement discount like all other banks do,to my surprise the settlement amount was more than the balance,I phoned Head Office to confirm because I thought maybe they made a mistake at the bank.Head Office told me there will be a settlement interest and they will also charge me for insurance for that month.It doesn't make sense to me why I pay insurance for something I dont have anymore.
