Parcel not moving
My parcel has been stuck since December 9th, and it’s now December 22nd with no movement or update. I have no idea where my shipment is. Is DHL the new SAPO?

Don't waste your time with Paystack
I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before working with this company. If you do decide to use them, make absolutely sure you’re fully approved before you spend any time building or integrating anything. The review process drags on, the responses are vague, and in the end they’ll waste your time only to reject you without any clear explanation.

Avoid buying anything from them
Avoid buying anything from them. I’ve been waiting nearly 20 days for a simple order, with no indication on their website that the item was out of stock. All I’ve received since then are excuses.

Change my debit order.
Why is it every time I need Vodacom to do something, the few times I ever ask? I have to go via Hellopeter, because the support center is utterly useless? Please expedite my debit order change request I sent in a few months ago. The account you have on record no longer exists, and I would not like to take a knock on my credit profile because of Vodacom's steer incompetence.

Please send me the forms I requested.
Please send me the change of debit order forms. I emailed ABSA 2 days ago, no answer at all. Not even an acknowledgment. Phoned this morning, and spoke to someone who said they will e-mail me. I still haven't received it. I'm not phoning in again and wasting my time. My email is smeda.josh14@gmail.com

Delay in getting settlement
Please send me my settlement letters for my credit and access facility. I requested it more than an hour ago. It's apparently been processed but I still have not received it. Something must be up on your side, even tried getting my statements (via app / online), and the emails aren't coming through to me. It's not in my SPAM either.
