We had to wait for around 40 minutes for our car to arrive because they had more bookings than available cars. However, the lady at service-desk, Sindisiwe or Sandisiwe kept is up to date. Eventually our vehicle around nice and clean, and we went on our merry way.

These guys keep your deposit for longer than necessary. It just does not make sense. I bank with FNB just like them but still have not received my refund 9 days later yet they claim that refunds take between 4 and 7 days to process. Everytime you call, you're told that it's done.

Applied for a smart device online and the system hung for sometime with my application still hanging in the pipeline. I phoned into the call center where I encountered a very warm, friendly and super-efficient Elvira Otto who guided me thru the process of retrieving my application and ensured that it was processed speedily. She also kept on phoning me to check on whether the delivery people had contacted me to make arrangements. My devices were delivered within a short space of time as promised and i am a happy camper all thanks to ELVIRA OTTO from FNB's smart devices call center who understands the ethos of customer service.
