I called in Woolworths Food in Camps Bay to reserve an item and they agreed. I then took an Uber to go collect my item and when I got there they had given it to another customer. There was no apology, and they were very cavalier about it, like there's nothing wrong. I am not happy with the shop.
Uber drivers keep cancelling trips if they think they won't make enough money on the trip. On the help option, there's no option to type your own description of the complaint. This needs to be addressed.
The staff at the welcome center and the Valley of the Waves are not properly coordinated. As one enters into the bus, no one informs the visitors of items not welcome in the valley. When one gets to the valley, they have to either return to the car to put back their stuff or leave it in "charity bins" for the staff to scavenge. This is a very bad reflection on Sun City as a whole and needs to be addressed. Staff at the bus stations must inform visitors of all items not allowed into the valley.
My account has been debited with the following reference, I do not have any idea who these people are. Please help me put an end to this fraud. TALARABIAN - R119.00 These businesses need to be closed for good!
My account has been debited by Mzansi247 the reference given is Mujallad ********** 952. The sms number is ********** 973. They are not picking up their calls. I do not know this company or what their products are. Please assist in getting them arrested for fraud. I also think they have people within banks helping them get hold of our information.

Vigor has debited my account illegally via Sage Pay. Their number is ********** , but of course no one answers. It is possible that these two companies are working together. Be warned people, always check your bank statements.

Sage Pay (pty) ltd has fraudulently deducted money from my account. I do not have an account with them

Their contact details are ********** . I called them, they put me on hold for a while and then hung up. Typical of fraudulent companies

My child could not go to school today because Rea Vaya said they won't sell the cash tickets. How does that make sense? I called ********** 55 and spoke to Mabunda and he said it's an ongoing problem, there's nothing they can do. He gave me the HO number ********** 645/8 so I can speak to Viola. So far she hasn't picked up the phone, so I do not have a solution to my problem.

Could someone please contact me so that this matter can be resolved urgently.

The Naledi station does not sell single tickets before 9am. I experienced this today and no explanation was given. I was therefore forced to purchase a return ticket for the Soweto SBE train, which was a waste of my money as I do not intend to use the train this evening.

This is explotation and I would like a response from Metrorail Management clarifying the reasons for it.

Good day

StratCol (0861 787 282) has deducted my account fraudulently for R99. The reference says Letsconnect. When I called them they just said to call Letsconnect (031 811 9146) and were not helpful. I called Letsconnect, and as expected, no one picks up the phone.
In my opinion these companies all work together to defraud unsuspecting people. It's about time they all get shut down.
