Moved into a complex that only has this service provider for Fibre, absolutely pathetic service they forever having down time and when you try to contact the call center no answer even the WhatsApp agents are forever busy. Tried to get the sales department to add a voip line what a nightmare a whole week later and cant even get a quote. Finally got hold of a sales person Mia who also didnt help because I never got the quote even after sending emails to her to confirm the address and then that same afternoon at 16:45 call in and spoke to Timonthy, he said because they leaving at 17:00 he will sort this out the next day. I cannot understand how long can it take to update a quote so I can give them the go ahead for the installation. I guess I will never get that quote to add the voip line. I hope estate and complexs rethink their decision before choosing herotel as a provider because the end users end up suffering.

This company takes life policy's for people and *****ulently debits other people's Bank account without any confirmation. When you call them they give you an email address and then nothing happens even after following up. I had to dispute the debit order with the bank which will take up to 40 days while this company has been sitting with my money for over a month. How can you just debit someone business account without any authorisation and if you had any why aren't you providing me with any feedback or the proof. This is ********* and they need to be held accountable for their actions
Terrible experience renting a property from them They are *********, unprofessional and disrespectful. They do not communicate and make all these false promises. Rochelle and Nadia from the Ballito branch is so disrespectful and unprofessional I do not know how they do business. I will never recommend them infact more people need to know about how terrible this company is so they do not end up in a situation like me. They had 6 months of our rental in advance and still listed us as slow payers for no reason and the attitude was oh its nothing major this affected my business and they did not even apologies or acknowledge what they did. Save yourself the headache and find another company to deal with them this one because they will only take your money and make you spend more in the end.

Pathetic service my home was broken into last year October they stole the router for my fibre and we replaced it and then they restored my service I moved in April this year and did a relocation and since then my fibre doesn't work properly at. I call all the time and they say they logging tickets because the router is off line but then they close the ticket and don't do anything on their side. Too quick to debit your account but it's been 4 months and I cannot get help to sort this out and not even one TV can be on the network tv. The people that work there are absolutely lazy they say they called the client and it's sorted when they dont even call or fix the problem.

Fnb deceased estate is the worst department to ever deal with. Lost my partner in February this year and in April submitted all the documents for his funds to be transferred into the late eatate account and too date nothing has been done. All docs have been verified but payment is still pending. This has been a nightmare and no one can help and all they do is escalated. I wait 45 mins on the line before someone can answer and then they tell you all we can do is escalate the matter and a senior will be in contact which never happens. Sent numerous emails and also no assistance. I just had about enough. It's not enough that you loose a loved one then you have to deal with this nonsense. After this experience I would never want my family to go through this if something happened to me and would rather change my personal and business bank accounts now.
