<p>On sat 20 Aug 2016 my parents and I took my twins to bugz for the day , my husband and I went in with the kids as my parents went to the cape garden centre 1st ,when they got the pay point at Bugz the lady at the till asked my Dad if it's for him and his mom? my mom was furious and asked her if she is insulting my mom as she can see my mom is not an elderly lady, she never apologised and went on charging pensioners rate for my mom which was a slap in the face and said you must take the discount if you get it, because my mom is not one for confrontation she just walked away, when she saw me she informed me of what happened I was so angry and was ready to give that lady a bit of my thoughts on it all,but my mom stopped me, we ended up only staying for an hour as my mom was angry and the time there was unpleasant as my mom kept speaking about it and I could see she felt embaressed, I ended paying R340 for my husband and my kids and I only spend an hour there because some staff member decided to make an insulting comment, I will never bring my kids there again as this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, the staff member was a lady, black hair shoulder length ,dark of complexion with a nose ring in the left nostril , I am disgusted at the service I received and have changed my mind about giving my kids Bday party at bugz or advising any friends and family members to go to Bugz in future , I would like to know what will be done to rectify this situation, as a few days on and my mom still speaks about it.</p>
I am not a happy customer, my husband took our BMW to the Xtreme Auto Electrical & Mechanical Repairs workshop in mitchells plain in Nov 2015 and they advised him that they will be able to fix the BMW alternator only to find out that they are not skilled to fix the alternator of a BMW and they took it to Diesel Electric (Parow), it cost us R1600 to have it fixed and we waited weeks for the alternator to be replaced on the car and for the car to be driving again, the mechanic from the Xtreme Auto Electrical & Mechanical Repairs came one Saturday and had it put back and guess what 2 months later it's broken again and now I need to spend MORE money to have it either fixed or replaced, I had the car taken to another place after we got stuck on the side of the road 2weeks ago and the mechanic confirmed that the person from Diesel Electic that worked on the alternator buggered it all up. I want to know what's going to happen as it was supposed to be fixed the 1st time around and not me having to spend more money, I am contacting my lawyer at legal wise if I don't have an answer by Friday the 04.03.2016 and I am taking the matter to the small claims court.

i went to McDonalds this morning at 7am and spoke to the so called Manager noluvuyo, i asked her if i can place a bulk order for 31 Big Mac meals for my team lunch at work and she advised it will not be a problem, she printed a slip with her name and contact number and took my name as well and advised that she will give the order to the manager that starts after her. she advised that i can collect and pay for the order at 10:30. I got to the store abd spoke to Bridgette the so called manager on duty who advised that she was not aware of this and they are not allowed to take a bulk order as they work on a voucher system. I have wasted my time for what? to walk out there empty handed and dissapointed, i had to drive to the store twice in one day wasted my time and petrol for nothing. I support McDs all the time and this is the poor service I receive? Managers not knowing how to do their jobs. I refuse to support McDs in future, I am left with 31 angry staff members who expected their meals as guaranteed by the manager this morning and i ended up looking like a fool and i refuse to be embaressed becuase of the poor service, how are you going to correct this? i want a call back asap
I am so tired off at the crap service I've received from nedbank,I have a personal loan and I'm well aware that my account is in arrears as I've been on maternity leave and then 2years later ended up being unemployed,even with not having a job I still paid my account each month with an amount I could afford to pay,I recently started working and as my company offers employees to save towards their own bonus I took the option to save as I have twins and financially they need a lot of things.Last night I got my statement from my private account I have through my employer for the \my bonus"and what do I see without my damn permission Nedbank has debited that account every month and increasing the amount they debit every month"
I have a personal loan with Nedbank for a while now and I am aware that the account is horribly in arrears , i have called numerous times to make payment arrangements as i was not able to pay the full amount for a while. A year ago i lost my job however i have still managed to make some payments which i know is not much but it's something, on Monday afternoon i received an sms saying that they will be debiting my account for over R600 when I have made a payment on the 23.06.2015,I want to know who gave them permission to want to debit my account? I know that i have not given them permission as i have been paying via internet banking for over 4 yrs now, I am not happy with the fact that they want to deduct money i don't have from my account without MY permission, I can understand if I am not paying a cent but I am making payments and I am paying what I can afford right now ,I want to know where they got permission to want to debit my account as I have not given recent consent to anyone to debit my account as I don't have money to pay the full installments. <br> <br> I am a very unhappy customer
