@buymo has the worst service, period. The moment you’ve paid, they completely disappear. No responses on WhatsApp, no returned calls, no replies to emails... nothing. So what now? Must we drive all the way from Kleinmonde to Johannesburg just to be acknowledged? This is absolute bull**** and totally unacceptable.
The trip was originally charged at R106.00 and paid by card. The trip was completed successfully, and I was charged the correct amount at the time. However, the following day, Uber deducted an additional R59.00 from my account for the same trip, bringing the total to R155.00. This means I have two bank transactions for one trip. I also noticed that their App Support system claims there were insufficient funds at the time of payment — yet the initial payment of R106.00 went through successfully, and the second deduction proves there were funds available. If the total fare had been R155.00 initially, I would not have booked that trip as it was too expensive for that distance. Please investigate this matter and refund the additional R59.00 that was wrongly deducted.

Peter though, most probably because of commission and December rush and sales target, *he misled my parents to buying, convincing them to buy a PANEL VAN AVANZA telling them that he will organise seats for them* even after they told him that they want the car for transporting school children. He even took about R4500.00 from them for the seats. Suppliers are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, provide consumers with false, misleading or deceptive representations regarding goods or services; and Suppliers are not permitted to use exaggeration, innuendo or ambiguity when referring to goods or services or the benefits thereof.
There is a very rude guy at MTN Protea Glen Mall is Soweto called Siya. There is no customer service skill in that guy. Very disrespectful, no communication skill and so unprofessional.
Towed in my car became it had knocking noise in the engine, thus on the 10th of December. To this day I have no idea what is going on. No one calls nor Text. I called the only lady Service Advisor and she said they need to take my injectors for a check up and they charhe me R5740.00 for that. I accepted the quote. A week later when I call, I am told the car was never check...
We are Johannesburg people but from Port Alfred and we wanted to build a house in Port Alfred. So we decided to drive down to Port Alfred to get the project going... Arranged a contractor and material, but Build It in Port Alfred *****ed up the whole thing. We wanted about R35 000.00 (which we did not know that it will be that much thanks to their incompetent staff) material. After going back and forth to the store because of wrong calculations on the quote, we ended up paying R30 000.00 for the material. We were advised that the material will be delivered in two to three days...which never happened until we complained. After complaining to the Customer Care, Thanks to Tamara, Frank sent string of emails not even knowing what our complain was about. Like what kind of manager just hold our material that we paid for in full and still say we haven't paid? A week later, Frank did not communicate and still have not delivered about 500 bricks and 4 door frames. As if that was worse, the sales assistant guy who did a quote for us only orders 200 stock bricks instead of 2000 (four palettes) bricks. Now we are 1800 (R4 852,17) bricks short. To this days, we still have received short material. What nonsense service is that.
