It's been 3 weeks since they said they will refund me,Debonairs pizza @Kahlegong didn't refund me ,I bought a pizza and they didn't deliver please assist

Bad service ,can I please have my refund
Im want my refund, I bought a pizza on Friday and they said they will deliver at 18:30 and the driver called around 19:37 saying he had many deliveries that's why he took time,I called the store and they said they will refund me and they never did,please assist

Poor service, and change return policy, since you don't want us to return damaged things please write at the store that you don't do exchange,Woolworths @ Lambton they didn't want to assist me with exchange ,or maybe it's only at that store that they don't do exchange

Selling expired things
I went to pick n pay @ festival mall bougt some biscuit and only to find that they expired on the 4/11/2022 and is not for the 1st tym de last tym was wth juice now this,meaning u guys are not checking your stock.

Bad service
I bought two pack of bras and to find that they damage,so i called his manager Amos n i told her dat her cashier has a bad attitute towards customer and the manager failed to cal her in order so please teach your staff members to treat customer a good manner am not happy with the service i received at Kgapane plaza.she even told mi to report her at head office ,pls pls help them with customer service ,and also clean their store.
