Good day, I applied to have fibre installed at my home via Metro fibre. The application was completed on a Metro fibre application form on the 2nd Feb'22. Vodacom is the service provider. The installation of the hardware was done on the 6th Feb'22 by a guy of the name of Vincent. The installation was done very professionally and his work is of a very high standard. He then said we should log a call with Vodacom to activate the internet and the activation should take place within three days. A few days later a gentleman arrived at my home saying that the ONT was incorrect for the area and he exchanged it for a different model. He said to contact Vodacom for activatvation. On the 20th Feb'22 I phoned Vodacom fibre to find out wat the problem was because I had still not had the internet activated. The consultant I spoke to informed me that the installation had been cancelled due to the ONT not being installed. I then told her it had been installed and been replaced on two different occasions. She then asked me to send her pics of the ONT to which I did and said she would get back to me. Today being the 22nd Feb'22 the lady had not gotten back to me so I phoned again this morning to speak to the consultant who ask for the pics. I spoke to another consultant and asked to speak with the lady who assited me with the pics. He said she was busy on the other line and would get back to me once done. No call back was received today from her. All the hardware was installed on the 6th Feb'22 and today being the 22nd Feb'22 still nothing working. Im frustrated and have been sent from pillar to post having to call all these numbers given to me to call but to no avail. I now have no other option but to ask for your assistance with the above. I feel like removing all the Vodacom hardare from my home and placing it on the pavement and phoning them to come and collect it. I will be using a different service provider as I have no other option but to do it as the service I have received from Vodacom is pathetic. Cant even call it service.
I'm unable to log in to the NEW Internet banking for the past 3 months. I keep going into the bank to reset info. Once at home, i'm unable to log in, as it asks for different info than what was reset at the bank. The when i chat online with an agent they log off before i've finished typing. Am now considering moving my account, which i've had for almost 40 years.
This is a complaint concerning miserable staff at The Laundry Shop, Reyno Ridge. 1. Staff dont acknowledge you on arrival. 2.If you ask a question they dont look at you or even reply. 3. We dont receive an sms, as we previously did. This is the 2nd time. We took laundry 12/02/21 & went in to ask if it was ready 18/02/21. With a miserable face lady just said did you receive sms. Husband said no look at the date on slip, it must be ready. Then they couldnt find our Laundry. It was eventually found in the back room. No apology or any acknowledgement of their wrong doing.
Bought a DSTV expolra Ultra on Sat 29 Jan'21 at PnP Klipfontein, when the installer had finished installation, it said "not registered' changed it on Sun & installer returned Mon, only to find the same problem. Multichoice was informed(09.40) & told us it'll take 1-3 hrs to 'register/activate.' at 2pm we called Multichoice & they're OFFLINE. So we have paid 2x call out fee & have no TV. So much for technology!!! I expect this to be attended to ASAP
WE WALKED INTO THE ENCLOSED OUTSIDE SECTION, WHERE 2 WAITRESSES WERE SERVING/CLEARING TABLES....WE WERE TOTALLY IGNORED, THEY WALKED OUT WITH DIRTY PLATES, THEN CAME BACK IN, CLEARED MORE TABLES & WALKED OUT AGAIN!!!!! STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT... I WENT TO INSIDE SECTION & ASKED IF WE COULD PLEASE BE SERVED? THE WAITER I SPOKE TO TURNED ROUND & CALLED 'SOMEONE' THEN HE WENT OFF TO THE LOO...WAITRESS CAME IN WITH DRINKS....AND GUESS WHAT STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT .... ASKED IF SHE COULD PLEASE SERVE US.... EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE WALKING PASSED US LIKE WE'RE INVISIBLE... SHE JUST SAID UUM...AS SHE HAD DRINKS ON HER TRAY & LOOKED DOWN...WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH WIMPY.....I FREQUENT YOUR FRANCHISES & NEVER EVER, HAVE WE EXPERIENCED SUCH DESPICABLE SERVICE!? IN TOTAL 3 WAITRESSES IGNORED US. WE JUST GOT UP AND LEFT.
