Medicross Carlswald: The most pathetic, money making scheme I have ever had to deal with in my life. Didn't have enough funds on my medical aid, paid cash because of course you will never see a Dr without an upfront payment and then they still went to cleanup what was left of my savings. 2 years later I get a letter that I've been handed over to lawyers for non payment. No solid answer over the phone and absolutely pathetic staff who put me on hold and had a fat conversation while I hold. Besides this, this practice will make you take blood tests any chance they get and you must just always pay more. Shocking!
Terrible customer service and rude chat consultants. Food paid for but no delivery took place. When I logged a query, I was blatantly ignored even after I did numerous follow ups. One agent answered me on the app chat, they told me to call the driver. I told them the number isn't going through and they just ended the chat, totally gaslight after that. FYI: I DON'T HAVE AN AGREEMENT with drivers, but with AVO!!! Why should I call drivers to check where my good is when avo has my money. Terrible!
If you respect your hard-earned cash, play very far.

I've been with Cell C for now close to 10 years, I have 2 contracts with them and have been loyal inspite of their poor network coverage over the years. The past few months have been the worst, no response from their customer service after irregular double debits and unauthorized overcharging. So incompetent and unbothered.
I received an amazing service from the REHA team. Definitely will be doing more business with them, very efficient and professional to say the least. They practically did everything and kept uodati g me every step.
I booked a bus for 19:00 to King William's town, the bus took off at 18:50, when I got to Park Station the bus was leaving. The staff at the ticket office was so rude and had such bad attitude. They couldn't even bother helping, my 15 year year old brother had to run like a headless chicken to stop the damn thing and no one even bothered to apologize, when complained, I was told that, \our clocks are not the same"such nonsense and arrogant behavior from people who are supposed to work with the community. <br> <br> This has got to be the worst thing and it's not the first time someone got left behind by a bus"
