Pathetic Service received. ORDER NUMBER BGRF-396-B420. An order was placed on the 26/03/2023 and the delivery date was for the 30/03/2023 for the latest. To date I had to make numerous calls to the customer service number requesting the status of the application calls was promised to be returned by management to date no calls received from LOOT. I have no idea where the parcel is currently. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I will definitely not be doing any future purchases.
Visited the sorbet rondebosch branch had the worst power pedi ever. Emailed the Owner of the store still had no response from her. Pathetic service received.
Pathetic service received from Toys r Us Claremont and Prima Toys. Have been waiting more than a month on a issue to be resolved which was referred to the regional manager. My kids received two dolls for Christmas the battery mechanism was eroded and the dolls are not working. Communication is poor and service is pathetic. Still waiting on an outcome. Please help hello peter
The service received from Toys R Us Claremont was pathetic. I visited the store on the 27/12/2020 as my kids received a gift for Christmas. They received 2 x dolls which was not working, the mechanism where the batteries need to be fitted was eroded. The communication is poor nobody gets back to you it's been more than a month and still this has not been resolved. I have to call the store for follow ups which is very poor customer service. I am so irate and disgusted in the level of service I am receiving. I sent through a claim on the 24 july for antenatal classes I attended in january, I paid cash amounting to R800.00 for the classes. The sister that gave the classes did not have a practice number amd was busy registering at the time and advised as soon as she gets the number she will then send an invoice. She only sent me the invoice on the 24 july. I sent this to bankmed with a motivation as to what happened and why there was a delay. This is not my fault that it took so long I want my refund as this was not my problem. I need this to be sorted out a.s.a.p. I spoke to f mapukela at client service who advised everything is in order however I received a statement today to say it was denied again.
I am disappointed with the bad customer seevice I am receiving from dis-chem Cavendish in Claremont. I registered for the dischem rewards baby programme about 5 weeks ago. I was advised by the consultant that if my baby is under 6 months I qualify for the baby bag when I spend R300 I advised her I gave birth on the 31/3making her 3 months. I spent R350 two weeks ago and have been ccontacting claremont to find out wen I can collect the bag and every time I get told that they will call me back and no one calls me back this is really pathetic service. They don't care about there customers. I need head office to sort out this problem immediately. This is unacceptable.
