I am highly disappointed in Jumbo Cash 'n Carry Epping. I was treated like a dog by customers. When I asked the cashier for help she joined the customers and started attacking me. Shouting I should go back to my country. The security guard come over and asked me to leave the shop. This is not how you treat human beings even if they are not South African. What is worse is the employees of the shop joining in with customers and shouting xonophibic slures. It is disgusting and disturbing andi hope something will be done about this.
Only giving the 1 star because I cannot give zero stars. I phoned into Finchoice and spoke to Pamela who told me she is working from home and cannot transfer my call to a manager. I asked her what now and she told me to call again hopefully I will get through to someone that is working from an office. I called again and spoke to a Liyema that told me I am very rude when I told her to put me through to a manager. WOW Finchoice mobi money great customer service. Your customers are not allowed to speak to managers. You charge late payment fees when payments are received on the due date, and you refuse to reverse.
I have always had a great experience with Wonga until I decided to settle my account via eft, to my surprise a few days later Wonga debits my account for the amount I settled via eft and now they are not responding to any of my emails. I mailed them 24 hours ago not even an acknowledgement of my refund request. I need my funds refunded asap!
<p>I placed an online order at Debonairs Somerset West at 10.03, responce was it would be ready in 10 - 15 minutes. I chose to collect the order. I then arrived at the store at 10:15. Told the cashier that I was collecting the order made by so and so. The cashier took the payment and gave me a receipt since I used s card to pay. However she didn't give me a Debonairs receipt with my order number instead she said she will look for my order and asked when it wad placed. I gave her the time and waited. She then proceeded to serve other customers. When there were no other customers waiting she started searching for my order. By not it was 10.30. She came over to me and explained that one of their printers doesn't work and they do bi se the online orders, but miraculously she found mine. She then said they will start making the pizzas then. So all in all I had to wait almost 50 minutes for my order at Debonairs. They weren't even that busy. I must mention that there was no apology offered by the stuff at Debonairs. To top it all off while waiting I noticed that the cook/ pizza did not have any gloves on he was also caughing with no hand on mouth. In all I would like to find out from Debonairs Sonerset West if this is the type if service we should expect from them going foward? Customer service is the corner stone of any business. If your s****s are lacking in the technology field? Why do you even bother! I am a customer I care less about your equipment that is not working. All I want is to receive the service I am paying for.</p>
