What an experience in this day and age where you do not get proper service anymore....enters Bianca Visagie, what an absolute pleasure working with such a down to earth professional. For more than a year, I was trying to get samples of Baltic Grey tiles because every new batch, comes out a different shade. I tried absolutely everything, drove through to a certain company 4 times with promises that they will get me samples of the different shades so that I can choose. Drove through from Pretoria to JHB, just to realize it was not even the same tile at all. I phoned the company making the tiles and ask who else is selling this tile. Phoned Lifestyle Ceramics, got 3 different shades brought to their Showroom and wah-lah, ordered within a week of contacting Bianca.
We started the journey of shopping for stone for a new dwelling early February 2025. I contacted Shaun and he quickly sent me information upon information regarding colour, size, thickness etc. I received lots of photos from him of Stone that they have installed and it looked stunning. Even though we have gotten other quotations as well (same price), we have decided to buy from Shaun because of his exceptional service, his willingness to go the extra mile and because there was never a case of Shaun not calling back, not following up. And that is indeed a rare quality in South Africa. Up to the date that the Stone was delivered, Shaun was right there to make sure everything was on schedule with instructions of how the stone must be offloaded etc....We can 1000 % in all honesty recommend Shaun and his company . When I put Dell into my search engine, it gave me Dell Online. The guy that services my laptops, did not know that one can buy directly from Dell, neither did my nephew who is an IT specialist. I must admit, I was SCARED to buy from them. I did not know if Dell Online was a ****, so I went onto DELL International and I chose South Africa and it brought my right back to Dell Online. ( I felt confident that I am not going to be minus R30 000 + and minus a Laptop ) So while I was on the site busy ordering, I phoned DELL to make very sure that they do indeed have it in stock. I got through to Suzaan Koster from First Technology IT Supplies ( an agent company of DELL) who confirmed it was. Then my OCD kicked in and I came here onto Hello Peter and I was right into doubt again when I saw all the bad ratings. I shared my feelings with Suzaan and I asked her to please not disappoint me, and she did not! I ordered Thursday 7th of March and I received the monitor on Monday 11th and the Laptop on Tuesday 12th March. Suzaan Koster, thank you so very much for your professionalism and your speedy action in getting my Dell Laptop and Screen to me. I will always go back to you when I need something from Dell.
WOW! Well what can I say, most professional moving company I've ever used. What a pleasure it is for me to write this 5-star review. Feedback is EEZI Move's Forte. ( everytime from my contact person as well as from the company itself). I haven't have this kind of service ever. Erika Venter, you are a 5 star in itself. After MANY promises to deliver, I'm still without the promised panels. Whenever they say that they will come back to me, they never do....1 lie upon the other. Please add ZERO star rating, because I don't even want to give them a 1 Star rating at all.

Due to the model of my vehicle, getting this particular part was not as easy as just phoning Glasfit or PG Glass to come out and repair it for me - I had to go directly to Hyundai. The closest branch to me is the Strijdompark Branch and so I ordered and paid for the window on 2 July 2015. because I do not have the time to drop my vehicle off at Hyundai and leave it there over night for the window to be repaired, I requested that they deliver the window, this was not possible so I had to arrange Glasfit to collect, which I have to pay for. The window was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of July, which it did, but it turned out that it was the incorrect window - the right rather than the left, nobody from the work shop bothered to check the package before the Glasfit driver collected it. he had to send it back. I was not informed by anyone that the incorrect window was ordered, I had to call them to find out what the problem was. it is now the 14th of July and my window is still not repaired. I cancelled the tour a month before departure. I have been trying to get a refund out of them for over 2 weeks. Apparently the CEO is the only person that can decide on refunds and he is ALWAYS in a meeting (for 2 weeks solidly???). I understand losing the deposit amount. But what travel company does not have any refund policy at all? A month is sufficient notice I'd say. And how terrible is their service that they do not respond to any emails I send inquiring about the status of their decision, and when I phone they keep dodging the issue??? <br> This is an incredibly badly run company and their customer service is non existent. I will never even consider using this company again and I will be telling everyone I know what a bad experience I have had dealing with them.
