I opened a Business Zero account with FNB a few months ago as a sole proprietor for my startup catering business. After completing the online application, I received confirmation via email and assumed the account was fully active. Recently, a client made a deposit into the account. However, I’ve been unable to access these funds via cardless withdrawal, EFT, or Cash Send due to unresolved account restrictions. Despite opening the account online, the secure chat agents have been unable to assist and have directed me to call the call center—which I cannot do, as I don’t have airtime and the deposited funds are currently locked. If the account isn’t active, I fail to understand why it was able to receive deposits. The current situation makes it impossible for me to operate my business, and I now appear unprofessional and ************* to my client. I urgently need the funds returned to my client and the account closed, as I do not have transport money to visit a branch in person. Your immediate assistance would be appreciated.
Escalated me to debt recovery agent on day 1 of a missed debit order, I made a payment only for wonga to debit my account 3 days later andvits been 10 days and the money from their collection agency has not reflected on my account, every time I call the *********** call center they keep saying they will escalate my case but when I call back no one can see an escalation, I even spoke to a lady called Shanice yesterday who suggested that I should call the collection agency but I told her I don't have any dealings with that agency and have not given them my details but wonga did, but dumb me actually called them and the call center agents didnt even k own what I was talking about and said I should speak to Wonga, where is my money and how do you hand me over to an agency on the day the debit ordervis missed then proceed to debit my account? Ask me multiple times to send proof of payment of which I do then proceed to do nothing about, there is no formal complaint platform and no escalation, I am seeking legal advise and going to complain to the NCR or NFO about being ****med of my money
I’m beyond frustrated with Wonga. I missed my debit order on May 20, 2025, and received an SMS on the 21st notifying me that the payment was unsuccessful, along with a link to settle the outstanding amount. I immediately followed the link and made the payment. Now, five business days later, the funds still haven’t reflected. I keep calling customer care, but I’m getting no real assistance. On May 26, I called again to confirm my payment, only to be told that the amount was recorded as paid to Blake and Associates. The agent assured me that this is Wonga’s debt collection agency and that the payment would reflect within 72 hours. Well, it’s now five business days later, and the money is still missing while interest keeps accumulating. Where is my money? Am I being ****med?
My debit order goes off on the 20th but unfortunately ma salary came in later in the day after wonga had tried to debit my account and the debit order was unsuccesful, but on the 21st of May 2025 i recieved an sms that my debit order was unsuccesful and that I should follow the link to make a payment and as per the instruction I did that, the following morning the 22nd of May I called the wonger customer care line to confirm that when making payment the refence was Blake and Associates and the agent confirmed that Blake and associates is Wonga's collection agency and that the funds will be cleared in 72 hours and reflect on the account but the funds hve not reflected and I have been calling over and over with no assistance, have I been ****med and ****** of my money? this is the 5th working day and my funds are nowhere to be found
In 2022 I was placed ond debt review and a payment agency had been paying capitec over 4000 rands a month and I would occasionally make extra payments as well towards the credit card, I know there are monthly fees and admin fees but for two years the balance is not going down, make this make sense. This is an official complaint and if not resolved I will be contacting the ombudsman. I have called the debt review department and customer care but have received no assistance. I'm trying to sort my life and credit but it seems I'll be in debt forever if it's up to Capitec, I have a credit card at absa paid the very same way and you can see where the payments are going but not with Capitec
I have a query I called the ackermans call center and the lady that assisted me was so rude I hung up and called again and the lady that was assisting me was shouting at me, her name is Nolitja and she refused to give me her surname, the call was made on the 21 Feb 2025 at 11.18 so rude and no assistance

Pick n pay asap might sometimes deliver expired goods and missing items but that's the gamble we take for convenience but I am so pleased with their complaints resolution quick and easy and not bring sent from pillar to post.
I had car track tracking deviced installed on my 3 bikes and they got ****** in September 2022 but they were not 0 rated, after a few complaints only one bike was zero rated and all along I am still being charged for the two bikes, I have some active contracts and pay them on time and sometimes I miss the payments on the new bikes to get attention to zero rate the two ****** bikes and reimburse me for the money I have been paying from 2022, I am being threatened by missing payments but Car track owes me, I want my money and the two lost bikes found or zero rate these bike, I am seeking help from the ombudsman and seeking legal counsel I have had enough
