I want the money that belongs to me. I opened a basic savings account with you in 2023, you decided to put a hold on it because i was sequestrated so i went to a bank that wanted my business. Why didnt you just close it because if ypu didnt want me as a client, why are you charging monthly fees???? Because the account is still open, someone accidently paid money into it. Now i must wait a week go get my own money back. Give my money back and keep your accounts.
Please stop calling me for payment. I insist and maintain that I was misled in terms of what I was paying for. I was misled into accepting a debicheck and called back after to tell me it is just for an interpretation of my credit report and not debt review removal. I can interpret my credit report myself. I asked for call recordings so that I can send it to my lawyer, so please only call me if you have the recordings
can you use effective debt collecting companies. Go look at the review of Nudebt management. We do not get help when we ask for basic things like statements but then your attorneys are quick to list us on the credit bureau. sort it out please
You people cannot even attend to a basic request such as a statement. how do you unfairly list a judgement against a customer when payment arrangements was made. Instructions was sent to set up a debit order which your advisor Hope Malangeni ignored. How is it my fault that the debit order was not set up. Check your records of the conversation. Your whatsapp channel is so dysfunctional and unresponsive. We get no help with important things like changing banking details. My debit order did not go through and I have been needing help since 2 weeks ago but you guys will be quick to send emails to repossess the device because you notice when payment is not made but not when your customers needs to be services.
