I requested that screeding be done first by the Durban North branch and was quoted accordingly. The job was completed, however the finished product is not up to a standard that allows vinyl flooring to be installed as promised. The screed is uneven, and instead of taking responsibility for the poor workmanship, the company is blaming the subfloor. As a result, I am now expected to cover additional costs to fix an issue that should not have occurred in the first place. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor, with ongoing delays. It took approximately three months for the manager, Danny, to eventually come out and inspect the finished work. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. Due to the poor workmanship, lack of accountability, delays, and weak communication from the start, I would not recommend this branch for future work.
I opened up a business account with ABSA which advertised as no banking charges. This was fine for a few months then all of a sudden this year I started being charged every month. The account went into negative without me knowing. No commuication was sent to me stating that I will now start incurring a monthly fee. Also when the account went into negative, I was being charged additional fees for this. I then recevie a letter in the post (not a single email or telephonic call) a few months later to tell me that this account is in arrears and I need to pay the oustanding balance. After numerous attempts I failed to get this reviewed or written off. I settled all the negative balances and sent an email to my banker and the buisness banking unit which acknowledged by email. Guess what, account still not closed and now another negative amount trying to be debitted off my account. I give up!
I placed 3 orders on Black Friday and to date almost 2 weeks none of the orders have arrived. Items as per the website are "in progress". Calling the call centre has proved uselss. Advised query has been escalated and still nothing done. Not even with the courier. This is my first and last purchase online from Makro
<p>In March i requested a reoccuring data bundle on my account. This was only done for March. My April data exceeded by bundle and therefore I was billed a couple hundred rand more than what I usually pay. I clearly asked for a reoccuring package and the agent advised this will be done. This will be on the recorded call. I laid a complaint on the website about a month ago and still waiting for a phone call to advise on the outcome of a refund request. Your website states 5 working days??</p>
I settled the balance owing on my vehicle on the 12/12/2015. Wesbank after numerous calls have still not sent my Natis document yet. Its still in Gauteng and I'm based in KZN. Everytime I call I get a new reference number and told the previous request was rejected??<br> <br> Wheres the courtesy call or email to advise if there is an issue etc? Why do I need to keep calling in to check?<br> My other vehicle which was with MFC was sent to me within 2 days of me settling the final payment.<br> <br> I'm tired of tracking numbers - WES1512/07/011, WEF1512/04/943 etc. Why such a long delay to send something so simple, I still have to wait for delivery time - disgusting service for such a large company.
I'm a new first time customer of Vodacom and very unhappy with its service before i even took out my contract. The lack of service, being transferred from one place to another via the call centre, lack of ownership and total disregard to any quality in service. I have left 2 email queries via the website in the last 2 weeks and no one up until today has contacted me?? I tried logging into the app but was pointless with random app errors coming up when trying to log in after I managed to register. I managed to eventually take out a data contract telephonically and this was delivered to my work address with no verification as I was not there. Due to the unsatisfactory service and still no call back - I didn't open up the package and tried cancelling this but that too I was pushed from pillar to post and still unable to cancel it. Now I'm paying for something I don't want because I can't cancel it - I give up!
