I have submitted a claim with Cell c device insurance on the 20 May 2024 ,the i got a lot of requests for motivations on after another which i comp**** to,i was then informed to wait for 14 working days to allow the underwriters to finish with thier process,I waited for that 14 days and More with no communication from Cell c device insurance,eventually on Friday the 21st i got notified that i need to pay an x amount for access,Due to a confusion that was created again by the insurer i didnt know weither to pay or not,i took a phone and called the insurer to confirm and i was told that my Access is still being discussed i must not pay anything,as usual they took my numbers and the rest of friday i didnt get any call,i waited on monday the 24 for a call with no luck.i called Cell C device insurance again and they said the agent that deals with access is on Lunch i must wait i should get update by COB and still no call. I woke up on Tuesday the 25 hoping the Agent will be back from Lunch and i found a new person again who also took my number promising that she will call me by 14h30 and i am still here waiting.all i need from them is communication which they never do.its been over a month without a phone and all i get is this poor treatment from The insurer which i pay for services but i am not getting any service from them at this point
I put a claim on the PMD APP yesterday on the 22 february 2024 and my claim was approved this morning the 23/02/2024.service and process was very smooth.thank you PMD
I got a call from one of their Agents last week offering me to negotiate with my banks to reduce my interest rates as they have been over charging me and NCR gave them all my information to contact me,they had all my debts and all telling me which one they will be reducing,i got so excited and i asked them if this is not Debt review and they said No,Both the sales person and the lady at confirmation confirmed that it is not debt review.i was ok with it not being debt review,when i get a debicheck it was saying Debt review i asked the lady again if this is not Debt review and she said they are registered as debt review company but they are not putting me under debt review.i then accepted the debicheck as they claim that they are registered as Debt review but i will not be put on Debt review.today i got an sms that comes from them and it still says Debt review and as i call i got assiste by a very rude lady that confirmed to me that they have placed me under debt review and i must learn to read before taking anything were as its her colleagues that sold me a **** product and ****med me to something i didnt agree to.
On the 30th March 2023 i got involved in an accident and as part of my insurance cover i Got a car From Europcar which was arranged for me by my insurer as a curtesy car.i got there and Paid an amount of R2000.00 as a deposit which i didnt have a problem with.arround the 10th April or so,i cant remember the date i got a call from an agent from Europ car that i need to return the car at any Europe car Branch because the car is almost due for service and they will issue me with another car.as directed by one of their agents i did so and i took the car to Europe car OR Tambo,Just when i was at or Tambo Europe car my insurance informed me that my claim has been approved so i need to fully return the car.i informed the agent that was helping me tbat My insurance will no longer be responsible for my rental and i will take over and pay for myself.i have already paid a deposit from my pocket,can i pay a rental for the next coming 2 weeks with polo,they quoted me on a polo and there were no hidden fees that i was told about.everytime i extend my days i paid upfront.now suddenly i am being informed that i ower over R6k from their hidden fees which includes me changing from a car that was selected by the insurance when i take over the account and Dropping off a car at a different branch which is what they instructed me to do.
I have been assisted on a claim by Jo-Anne George.she has been very excellent and didnt make any promises.she always kept me updated instead of me following up on her.I am very impressed with the service that i received from Dial Direct agent.
I contacted rain on the 22nd february 2023 to inform them that my rain sim card went missing and i needed a new sim swap,i was informed thatbi can actually upgrade to a 5G sim with a rooter.i took them on that offer,on the 1st of March i received my beutiful device with a sim card from an unfriently courier guy from CCD courieer who just came and took my doccuments and started scanning then gave me a device and left,i then contacted rain and spoke to an Agent that informed me to wait for 2-24hrs,i patiently waited for that time and called them the next day which was the 2nd march 2023,Everytime i speak to a different Agent i get a different story which doesnt help my situation,for everyone working remotely would understand how frustrating my situation is ,especially in my situation where by i have been paying something i am not using since the 22 feb 2023.i have not experienced a problem with rain internet not even when there is loadsheding but the service i am getting from them and thier courier guys is terrible.i really am heart brocken and after all this i just want rain to come and collect thier device and Automatically deactivate my account.every Agent including the manager Sam promised it will be fixed and i should be connected but i feel like now i am dealing with Scammers than anything else.
Contacted flight centre musgrave centre and I was assisted by Zoey,the service was very professional.Zoey made sure I my issue was sorted,since I was calling from a mobile number she asked me to drop the call while she is sorting out my query and she will call me back.keep up the Good work Zoey.
My sister was reffered from the local clinic to the hospital with Appendicitis,she was given a letter for urgent admission,when she gets to Tembisa hospital help desk she was told to go sit down as her condition is not an emergency.the disrespect in this place.we supposed to be seing this hospital as a safe place but the service is getting more horrible by day filled with nurses that dont want to work after taking an oarth.date : 11/11/2021 time between 14:00 to 19:00
The lady that assisted me was very helpful,she took time to listern to my request and understood very well,she offered me the help i was looking for and offered more.
made a deposit into my account 7days ago.sent through my Proof of payment on the Chat as we usualy do and the agent decided to allocate my funds to one of her friends or family.i have been following up the with them the entire week and they keep asking me to wait for 48hrs.i follow up every 48hrs and nobody seems to be interested to assist.seems like there is theft that they are tring to cover.i have never seen such unprofesionalism. this is unacceptable
