I complained about RCS under the heading - Worst company to do business with. On 3 June 2019. RCS commented that my query has now been resolved. Where did you get that info from? I still get an account with an outstanding balance - while I closed the account in December 2018 with the balance being nil. After that a cash advance was done fraudently within Makro on the account. Yes, that has been resolved, BUT RCS KEEPS DEBITING THE ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH WITH COSTS AND ADMIN ETC. I did receive a letter confirming that the fraud has been investigated and completed, BUT I WANT THE ACCOUNT CLOSED!!!! PLEASE GET SOMEONE ON THIS THAT CAN REVERSE THESE COSTS FOR WHICH I AM NOT LIABLE / SEND ME WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND SEND ME A STATEMENT REFLECTING A NIL BALANCE CARD NO ********** ********** 90077 HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE????????????

I have never experienced such incompetency as with RCS. Fraud was committed on my Makro card after I closed the account in Dec 2018. I sent through all the documentation requested from me. Since then I have received numerous calls and SMS from Makro Collection Dept. My enquiry to the Fraud department today - ********** led to more disappointment. The lady who helped me became rude and really doesn't want to hear about my problem. She referred me to Elizabeth who supposedly handled my account but was "conveniently" on tea. She told me that Candice is the head of department and also not available to speak to me. How do we resolve this. Call me please - ********** - so that I can give you my details. I contacted Outsurance because I was not happy with the premium increase on my car. In no time Jevon Harding sorted it out for me and my premium was reduced to even less than it was before the increase without quibbling about it. Now that's what I call awesome service!
