Product arrived after only 2 days (2 days ahead of time), but wasnt same one as advertised. Quality good, but not great as it feels a bit thin on some places (see through yellow) and has few abrasions wear and tear out of the box, but very minor. Overall Happy
The worst experience I've had. Installed fibre on the 22nd of April. I only connected 12 days later, on the 5th of May. The ont box was glued onto the wall, which then fell off immediately after the first install. The guys came back on the 5th of May, and used a glue gun again. Then yesterday after 4 days, it fell off the wall again and the internet is out once again. The guy says that they'll only come out on Monday after 4pm. Which means tgos is 3rd weekend without internet. Would love to cancel, but I see the same pathetic service provider, Octotel is with Afrihost aswell.
I'm a client since 2018. But we recently moved homes so needed new installation. Installation was done on 22 May. Today is 10 days later and still no internet. Bought my own router today but when I wanted to connect the ethernet cable, the ont box was just dangling and the area where the guys worked they never even cleaned.
2nd day on the line waiting for an hour to be put through to cancelations
Just writing this to express my disappointment with the new Chicken Pops, that's tasting closer to Mc Nuggets processed garbage
A week and a half ago, I used their client Portal to upgrade my package. I made the necessary payments. It reflects that I've paid, but yet, I'm still on the same package. I called them, but one can never get through to any other department, except Sales. Please call them on 0214649500 and see I'm not making this up. I started calling every day, stay on the line for about 10 minutes, then hang up because the same repetitive boring jokes keep playing. I left them a ticket, which was a week ago. To date, nothing has happened. I'm definitely cancelling them after this, my 1 year ends this month. This is really bad service, I am certain this cannot only be happening to me
As I looked up, I noticed a guy behind the bar scratching his nose. I notified my friend, and to my dismay saw a second person doing the exact same thing. I immediately told my friend that that was the second one I saw, even though he just saw it happened once. He told me that we shouldn't worry because we haven't been rude to our waiter and it's probably intended for someone that deserves it. I got my phone out to try and get them on camera, but we were caught spying. Immediately everyone disappeared from behind the bar and I felt all their eyes gazing from all over everytime I looked around. We didn't order any food and opted to take our glasses and watch them rinse it out and refill it. We asked for the bill, stared the waiter down and didn't give any tip. I really wish I could have been able to get them on camera. Until now, I cannot believe this kind of stuff really happens, and I know nothing will come of this
When visiting the toilet, a waiter was about to change the pmat in the urinals. He saw me and must have felt startled, so he indicated to me that his manager gave the instruction to change it.
