the courier guy is the worst courier company in Souther Africa, avoid by all cost. Rather pay more for DHL and RAM
Great experience buying fish online from them, fish arrived with some issues and they replaced them without any problems. Would recommend anyone in South Africa to try them for your aquatic needs

Tried giving them the benifit of doubt seeing as there are many mixed reviews, placed an order, heard nothing from them for a couple of day's then followed up, i recieved an excuse of they are just waiting for the fish, after another week and a half i followed up again only to have my order initialy mixed up with someone that wanted silver loaches, i was again given an excuse this time they are waiting for snails due to the first batch being brackish, eventually my order did arrive with all of the snails i ordered but 1 of 2 fish were already dead and the second one died less than 24 hours after receiving it, the water the fish were in smelled rancid. After informing them of the situation i was told that the rancid water and dead fish is weird but they would give me store credit, today i informed them about the second fish that is also dead but they have stopped responding since i reported the first death to them. I would rather just avoid ordering from them as customer service and client feedback is null and void. Until now no store credit has been recieved
Customer service at the Plumstead branch in Cape Town is utterly lacking, bought 2 of the spicy prawn pot, and the prawn was not cleaned befor frying it, only after removing the so called breading/shell we found that the fecal vains weren't taken out or cleaned. Very bad experience. Won't recommend to anyone to get anything from that branch.
Ticket number: FJW-482-72692 On the 10th of September 2021 i initiated the buyer protection claim ticket due to my purchase never being delivered to me and the seller Blackwell Products is not responding to any emails i send them. I am yet to receive any assistance or at the very least any information regarding this situation
