On my credit score I keep seeing an FNB loan balance in arreas of about 104 loan account ending with ..0594 Am not aware of this and it's not the first time am requesting the bank to amend their records. Please sort this as early as possible or I might have to find another bank this poor service is affecting my credit score badly.
Am very disappointed with the service from capitec, on Wednesday I called requesting assistance to reverse an amount of R4500 that was deductedin my account by an international company. They gave me the reference number and advised their SLA will be 24 to 48 hours and that Friday i must call for a follow up if my issue has not resolved. Today when I called to my surprise am told SLA is 7 to 14 working days how damn is that. Two weeks is way too long by that time my money would have been used by these people. I have never asked the bank for anything before this was my first request and you people are failing me what a disgrace. If you are not able to reverse my money back then I need to find a bank that can.
Disappointing service Rain what a shame I called on the 22 of July to report my 5G home router was not switching on, the agent said the matter will be forwarded to their tenchinicians, the following monday i called again was told another email was sent. It's been a week no communication at all. Today I called and another agent confirmed the same thing am sick and tired of this horrible service. Exactly how long must I beg Rain to assist name on this matter am so disappointed.
Useless online system Am very ****ed with your online system request, I requested online for stove and tap installation after I recently moved in and its taking Cosmo 2 weeks now just to install stove and tap. Exactly how am I suppose to cook without stove, last week I called the call centre and they assured me someone will call me to this day nothing . So disappointed that I have to beg Cosmo for things am right fully suppose to own by now . useless systems in place
Take alot is very useless I wasted my money with useless takelot products. I placed an order on the 19th of June today the products were delivered to my surprise the capsules bottle was broken at the bottom and empty. In the box there is no sign of broken pieces nor capsules meaning they intentionally broke the bottle and took all the pills inside and still placed in for delivery as empty as it was Useless takealot people we are not stupid this is not unacceptable you can't send an empty box and am expecting to pay for that
Ridiculous charges claiming I withdraw from non fnb atm lies all lies On the 26 of March I went to Johannesburg and withdraw R2000 from an FNB atm I still remember waiting in the long queue Now after 5 days I see a change of R55 in my statement because I withdraw R2000 from a non FNB atm How can it be non fnb when there were 4 fnb atm plus a security guard all written fnb I want my money back Opposite mtn taxi rank in that small mall there are 4 atm from fnb why am I debited for things that don't exist Am fade with your ridiculous charges as if that's not enough you go on and take more claiming for ridiculous charges

Dealing with criminals in broad day light shame on you. Today I went to Park Central motor spares in Johannesburg CBd next to MTN rank , I went there to buy two tyres and Booster Cable, I asked for the price first and they said it's R675 each , which I paid for two tyres and I even asked for Booster cablesmd he said it's R150 and he said all will cost R1470 but the proof of purchase says one Tyre is R586 and Booster cable is R105 , but the sales person said it's R150 , All I supposed to pay was R1279,for two tyres of R586 and 1 Cable Booster of R105 but I was told to pay R1470 , which does not match with proof of purchase I'd like to advise every customer to be extra careful of these bunch of thieves behind the counter, telling customer wrong pricing knowing very well that they want to tell from them, stay away from that fly by night Motor Spares, prices that they tell you does not come from the system but from their mind and proof of purchase says something else Sk 0724621519
