I am deeply disappointed with FNB with who I have been with for over 30 years. Since Nov 2023 I have been trying to close my accounts with FNB I owed approx. R22 000 on my credit card at that time and I had approx. R25 000 positive balance in my current account which they refused to transfer to pay off the credit care despite my many emails and telephone conversations. On the 12 Jan 2024 I spoke to Felicity Douglas FNB Collections department on a call. Felicity agreed on behalf of FNB collections to pay my full credit card debt off on the 12th Jan 2024 with the money in my Cheque account she agreed and said it will reflect by wed the next week. Then FNB never did what they promised. This call was recorded by FNB. Today I discovered FNB bullying tactics as they have now RUINED my credit score by listing me with the credit bureau as in arrears with new overdue balance of R31 168 they have now accrued R9000 interest since Nov 2022 and are ruining my credit history. My current account which is still locked has a balance of R33000 which they refuse to use to pay my credit card.
I just want to say that dealing with Targer over the years. I found that they are a team that operates with integrity and excellent service. Thanks again for your excellent friendly service I would highly recommend Targer Property
Shocking service, Trying to cancel my contract as it is coming to an end and over 10 calls, store visit and 6 emails and still no one comes back. The calls thy just cut you off ... NEVER buy from them if you want service it's like dealing with Telkom and even worse
If you want your parcel to not get damaged; then pleased DO NOT use The Courier Guy. I use The Courier Guy frequently for the last year. It started out well and the service has really gone down especially in the area of damages. If you ship in their flyer which they provide their manager says and I quote her email, "we will not take liability for any damages." I find this policy UNACCEPTABLE. This manager refuses to even let me speak to the General manager. Damages are now happening more frequently and they say if it's not ensured they take responsibility for damages. So they force you to pay extra due to this BAD policy. In the most recent case they admitted they damaged and removed it from the flyer and placed it into another box. More than half the contents was missing. You are now forced to take insurance for all deliveries if you want your parcels to arrive at your clients in one piece. So their fees are more expensive than their rate card says. I now understand why Takealot has removed the Courier Guy off their preferred suppliers list. Service levels are going down… I have read a lot of similar reviews on here from businesses talking about damaged parcels.
