Received an email from SDK attorneys that my business account has been handed over because it is in a negative balance and I should par R258 to the attorneys for reactivation within 72 hours , I paid immediately and the account was not reactivated for more than 5 days, I phoned them they said digital reactivation would take about 10 to 14 business days to resolve and they advised I go to a branch, I queued in the branch for almost 2 hours for the consultant to inform me that I took too long to reactivate I need to open a new account which they won’t do because they are offline. N:B there was no communication from FNB to say the account is on a minus or that I must reactivate the same day they closed it as soon as my ancestors notified me that they are closing it.
I decided to update my credit card amount by reducing my utilization amount for what I can afford to pay monthly. My outstanding balance was R56 000 from total of R80 000, i paid the R56 000 to Nedbank in hopes that it’ll improve my credit score instead my score dropped by 19 points because according to Nedbank I utilized 541% of my credit allocation which means I chowed R56 000 instead of paying it, which is contrary to the facts.

We came across this company on Facebook while looking for holiday accommodation for December 2020,the lady called Sharon got us an accommodation at a 6 bedroom White House in Hibberdene, we made payment including R1000 (refundable damages fee). we drove there on Friday checked in, went to see the beach then came to rest for our first night we woke up at 05h00am the next day to realize half of our property was stolen, we urgently vacated the premises and had to spend R5000 more to get an urgent accommodation. This agent then refused to gives us the 'refundable R1000 for damages' for a property we couldn't stay in, I guess she meant it's R1000 for damages suffered by US....
