Basket of fruit delivered on Thursday afternoon of 21st December. Ref: 114772070 All looked fine on top but at the bottom of the basket the pineapple was all withered and looked at least a week old. The peaches were bruised and had bad blemishes. Not nice to receive as a Christmas gift from overseas.
I have been a customer for over 25 years with the same number. Now I find someone has opened 2 more sim cards on my account and spent R18,000 over a period of 2 months. MTN are sending me messages to pay up even though it has been reported as *****. How can this happen without ID?
Absolutely shocking service delivery from a well know company, especially on special occasion. What company wakes someone on Mother's day at 6.30 am on a Sunday morning. I later found out that only part of the gift had been delivered. Not a good advert for SA. Gift was from son in Australia.
We spent 5 days at Kiara Lodge and were very pleased with the accommodation. The recent refurb of the one bedroom apartment was excellent, with high quality finishes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
We used to love stopping at Clarens Brewery for a pub lunch. The menu has recently been changed but food does not live up to expectations. My husband ordered the lamb shank, the most expensive item on the menu. It looked nice on the plate but what a disappointment, the lamb was served cold as were the vegetables. My burger at least was freshly cooked and was ok. Will not be stopping there for food again.
I would give 0 stars if possible. After having a Discovery card for 11 years, I was moved to Discovery Bank and issued a new card. I like to review transactions but it will only print one page, unable to set a date range or for whole month. Statement has half the transactions for the month missing. I paid up the card and cancelled the card on line as well as trying to phone and cancel. They really don't want my business when no one gets back to me. They have now put charges on for August. Don't deserve to be called a bank.
Billed for diesel filter that were not installed on 15/7/2015 . After I pointed this out the bill was corrected.<br> The necessary diesel filter was not in stock and there was no offer to contact me when it would be available.<br> I took my X-Trail to have the diesel filter replaced on 8th August.<br> I was told it would take half an hour, this became an hour and a half.<br> On presentation of the bill the charge was R678.23, On querrying the first bill I had been overcharged for a petrol filter for my diesel X-Trail at R1309.80. This was pointed out by the helpful RENAULT Service Advisor Chere<br> I am fuming that this can happen.<br> <br> <br>
