Bought a brand new Magnite at their dealership. From first service to second service, I asked them to change the squeeky, noisy brakes. They kept on telling me they will get better with tim, now they are worse and I feel like they are unsafe. I am even thinking of getting rid of the car and run away from Nissan products. They can't resolve simple brake pads issues. What if I get a major issue?
Baddest customer service… account paid but still suspended… multiple emails sent to customer services no response and still suspended even to date. Heartbreaking and demoralising. I would not recommend anyone to it.
Worst 2 days stay of my life. Poor and Ignorant reception help. No security door latch, No toilet scrub, No fridge, old tv, weak wifi signal, squeaky noisy very old and dysfunctional aircon, old and tattered towels and spent duvets. NO ROOM Cleaning in between our 2days stay. The team was disappointed and asked the University to never, ever book us there in future. The breakfast was great though.
Worst food ever. My wife is a latte connoisseur. We always enjoy their premium mixed grill, mango Juice and latte in their Pretoria Atterbury franchise. While busy with the funeral arrangement of her father, she needed to diffuse and quench her thirst with a quality cup of latte. So we googled n found her favourite Mugg&Bean. We trekked to the Waterfall mall.. ordered the usual mixed grill, mango Juice and Latte. Alas! The pork meat and steak were marinated in vinegar, first signs of foul play… well we gobbled the meat, few bites into that we tasted rot, bad taste and bad odour. The meat was inedible. My wife stomach started revolting because she ate all the pork. We flagged the foul to the waitress n summoned the manager. Without any disputes, the manager deducted the Meat costs from our plates. ABout R200.. we paid 310 n even tipped the waitress. Baddest dining experience.. my wife is still unwell. Stay far from them.
Essops Furnitures Montana, got me in a bad way. I bought a swivel glass coffee table 2 weeks ago. Paid R6000 cash and the salesperson wanted me to pay R850 delivery from their Krugersdorp warehouse since the instore table was for display. When I probed why I must pay to get table delivered to their store, the answer was for speedy delivery. Then I opted not to pay but settle for normal delivery that was to take three days. 2 weeks up still no delivery after many calls and false promises. Now yesterday was told there’s no more stock on the item, but the stock availability was initially confirmed by the salesman. So I opted for my refund because everything was done in bad taste. Im yet to receive my refund… I hope it will come thru since I need a coffee table as in yesterday. Bad service, dishonest n untrustworthy service from their staff.
Ordered a personalised gown and was promised delivery on Wednesday already Thursday and no calls or sms to update me why my delivery is still a no show even today.
Parcel long overdue for delivery... driver called afta hours and promised to deliver this moring... even now still waiting for him... called his cell a hundred times as agreed... he is not picking up... customer care line not picking up too.
I was disappointed by KFC, different places in Rusternburg Boitekong and Majakaneng branches, they never have the free party set that comes when buying the 15 piece. I drove far just to get them for my kid and alas they are never there different dates. I am beginning to think they are never der its just fake advertising.
Worst case of customer service experience at Nandos In Kollonade, Dr Van Der Merwe road street. We Placed an order telephonically as it is the norm we went there slightly after the prescribed 25 minutes to collect. Alas the chicken was Not done. We were told to wait another 25 min. The chef was ****y n unapologetic. We obliged, unfortunately the worst was still to be served. When we arrived home, the full chicken was charred, bitter from the grill residue. Our palates were highly offended. It is not the first time we experienced such a botched service from the same outlet, guess moving forthward we will use the trusted Nandos outlet in Gezina.
Montana branch, very bad customer service. Paid deposit for blinds, been waiting for them to come take measurements as arranged n promised. Multiple calls, misplaced promises, wasted a whole day when I could have been at work. Appalling.
