We purchased a sealy bed from Sleepmasters in Centurion Mall in Oct 2024,within two months of our purchase the mattress started to visibly sink on both sides and was terrible uncomfortable. On the 13 January we went into the store to lay a complaint. On the 30 January i was contacted by the warehouse for pictures and details regarding the mattress,on the 08th February I was contacted by the supplier to note they have approved my exchange and store will contact me,a week passed and I heard nothing to say we went into the store to let them know we would prefer a different brand or refund. We were advised the manager would contact us on the 10th,we did not get any call so I called in on the 12th to speak to the manager. The manager confirmed she needed to check with the supplier what was going on ,she called me back the sameday to say they there is no feedback, she was extremely unhelpful and could not answer my questions. Today is the 20th February and we still have no feedback and defective bed. I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with the lack of service. Please don't purchase anything from this store or a sealy bed for that matter.
Bought a call it spring shoe from runwaysale, the shoe came apart after the first use. Definitely seems like a manufacturing defect or issue. I complained to Call it spring as it's their brand and instead they said they can't do anything about it. Shocking that no accountability is taken for their brand and a show they produce. They asked me to take it up with Runwaysale but my point is they aren't the manufacturer they just a reseller.
I recently changed over from another pet insurer because of bad customer service and have only had the best service from Bianca Johnson even before I took the policy, she was extremely helpful, polite and always responded to me quickly. She has made this a wonderful transition and I am very happy with her service.
I am completely frustrated and unhappy at the terrible customer service Telkom mobile has to offer.<br> <br> On the 19th of November 2015 my account was debited for an amount of R99.00 for a new tablet deal, i was informed when i receive my first bill for the tablet the R99.00 credit will reflect.<br> on the 03 of January 2016 i received my bill and there was no credit so i called the call centre for some one to assist, i was told the only way i can be assisted is if i provide them with bank statements to show the debit, this only frustrated me more because surely if you debit my account there should be some record of it.<br> after many calls later i finally emailed my bank statement on the 19 january 2016 to a lady by the name of Doris sobawu.<br> <br> since then i have had no feedback or emails to let me know whats going on, i have called the call centre every friday since then and still nothing.<br> <br> my account is debited on the due date for what i owe but my credit has not been given to me<br> i am actually tired of calling as there is no one who ever helps.<br> <br> this is the second time this happen to me, the first was when i had taken my contract last year August and thankfully that was resolved in September.<br>
After buying my third item from Superbalist, I have to say I am more and more impressed with the service I have received. The site is user friendly, easy checkout, everything explained, various methods to pay but my favourite of all the speedy courier service. I placed an order on Friday afternoon and today I am admiring my news shoes! You guys are absolutely winning at this and thank you for great service and best offers!
i bought a black adidas zip up jacket with gold stripes and gold foil print logo on the back from a sportscene, after wearing it just twice without even washing it, the foil print from the back completely rubbed off. i am extremely disappointed at i paid about R800.00 for this jacket. i own the same jacket in silver and have it for more than 7 years and the print is just as new.<br> furthermore i messaged adidas south africa on facebook and emailed and still have not gotten a response!
on the 12 august i had called vodacom online to check if i qualify for a contract after giving all the required information i was told i was declined as a result of a legal issue with them.<br> <br> i did have a legal issue with them about 7 years ago and it was fully paid up.<br> i eventually spoke to someone at legal who told me a note was made and normal vetting would apply.<br> i was asked to send through my documents so that they could sort out my application.<br> <br> today i get a call to say unfortunately i would not qualify for a contract as i have a default on itc on my name.<br> this information is untrue and i immediately requested a report from transunion, i have no defaults at all on my name.<br> <br> in fact i have a good credit score and i am extremely upset about the way this matter was handled.<br> <br> i actually have been approved with other credit facilities so i don't see how getting a contract with vodacom is such an issue.<br> <br> your service is utterly pathetic and its demeaning to claim someone has a default on their name when they don't.<br> <br> i have had a cellphone contract with another provider for 5 years now and never had to be subject to such nonsense.<br> <br> <br>
