The manager at Mochachos Cresta Mall was verbally abusive towards me, which is on tape! And now 3 days later they are still refusing to refund me for transactions that didnt go through on their "offline" machine - which also coincidentally doesn't print out receipts. I tried swiping 3 times at this store and the payment declined. After 20-30 minutes the transactions ALL went through. Costing me over R600 & taking my balance to almost R0. Bare in mind, that was money I needed on the same day to pay for a doctors appointment. No one wanted to assist me & my young nieces who were with me. The manager Bongani was yelling at me & at the female workers who were assisting me prior. He promised me a refund on the SAMR day, yet here I am DAYS with no help. I reached out to him again today and he still refuses to assist. With all of the GBV issues causing an uproar & a concern in SA, you would think Mochachos would make sure they hire proper staff - let alone managers. I want my compensation for my money that I was promised, for my doctor's appointment that I had to miss because of Mochachos erroneous machines & for the embarrassment & abuse by Bongani - your company representative. Otherwise im taking the matter further on social media with the videos I have of this incident. Thanks
UberEats refusing to refund me almost R700 for an order that was never delivered. They can't provide me with proof that their driver tried to reach out to me. No in-app messages. My 2nd food delivery on the SAME order arrived & you can see all comms in-app. How does this work?? On my other food orders you can see it shared the 4-digit pin that's required upon delivery. This is daylight *******!!
Please beware! This person is a ****mer, posing as a hair selling company on Social Media. They tell people to pay first and they will courier their hair orders, but you will never get what you paid for! I almost fell for the same **** but when I told her that I'd like to pick the hair up instead of them couriering, they started ignoring my calls & whatsapp messages. I wanted to share so no one else falls for this.
Samsung called me after seeing my review on Hello peter. A gentleman told me there is a document he would email to me that will help me escalated query, and help me get Airbuds issue sorted... Only to find that when I actually read through the email, it's just a document that states Samsung will NOT be helping me at all, and that this is not their issue. My next step will be to contact the CPA because I have never been mistreated in this manner & will not take it lightly.
Bought a Samsung S22 Ultra in April 2022 - one of the most expensive phones on the market today! Made sure to sign the MTN contract before April 30 2022, in order to redeem the Free Airbuds that were offered if you purchase a Samsung Device within that time period. The device was out of stock and I only received it about a week after signing up. The staff at Samsung confirmed that the Free Airbuds would still be received as the contract was signed on time. Until today, the 4th August 2022 I have not received my Free airbuds! It's appalling the way I have been treated, running around between Samsung and MTN with NO help received until today. The MTN agent who signed me up, got the confirmation in writing that I would get my Free product. However...here I am with nothing. And management from both MTN & Samsung giving us both the run around! After spending this much money on an item. Left feeling completely scammed out of my money!

I used Uber on the 8th August, billed correctly and thought I had gotten the best customer service ever. Until I woke up to an SMS yesterday and AGAIN today of amounts going off of my bank accounts to Uber. I don't know who has been taking these rides and why I am getting billed for it. I feel like the lady assisting me via email is not responding quick enough because who knows...I might wake up to another SMS from my bank tomorrow saying that funds have been deducted by Uber. I really was looking forward to being a return customer but after this...SOo disappointed
