This company is full of *****sters and their help desk operators are bearing the blunt of it. I canceled my contract that already ended in 2024, but kept on paying month to month, January it was stopped and asked to change it to pr-paid, that was only done at end of February. And still the sales teams harassed my daily to the point where I was actually threatened by a lady that this number will stop working in a week if I cancel my fixed plan, the one that ran out in 2024. I went to a Vodashop for an assistent to talk to this ill mannered person Then I app**** for the Power Flex, after hours on the phone for the past 9 days they did confirm I am on prepaid from 1 March but my account stays in a tariff plan, below their exact message, therefore you cannot take up the option of Powerflex. "Unable to keep your number We noticed that this number is linked to a tariff plan that doesn't allow you to change to PowerFlex. You can enter a different prepaid number to transfer or you can skip this step and we'll send you a new SIM with a new number"
As with Centurion branch thier service is non existing, phone twice for a Sunsun filter replacement filters, no response after promising call backs. It clear the person working there is out of his depth and has no idea of the products they sell
Absolutely no service, once you buy a product from them forget support, biught a Sunsun filter close to R6000 and now they dont even get back to me when trying to buy new replacement filter media. Phoned three times and visited them twice. After the last visit we stopped buying there after more than two years. Tip. If you want to employ someone, get someone with passion for the hobby and customer skills. Their emails also goes unanswered
Remtec took me for a ride worth R40 000, total damage of R70 000 days before the went out of business. Recieved a resprayed engine with old gaskets still on it just sprayed over. Stay away from anything or anyone connected to this address or person. Absolute useless service or should I say no service. Seems the operators are learned to copy and paste and hope for the best that you wouldn't contact them again. I have never in the last 20 years had a late or non payment on any account. Yet when Vodacom did a credit check through their preferred supplier of poor service Experian, my report came back as a poor paying person. After contacting them and running through their own credit report showing no such thing for as far as their records go back, the lady couldn't explain the false information reported to Vodacom, what she could tell me that there were 9 (nine) queries against my name. I explained there was one application that was canceled because the phone was out of stock and that a second attempted was made at a store that did have the phone. Even after sending a written request in order to understand what's going on, I received an copy and pasted email from Constance Skosana, I replied that the info send or requested was totally irrelevant as it doesn't address or answers my question about poor payment history, she had the whole history in writing yet replied with a email with no relevance. I have also include report from Trans Union and VariCredit showing my record with an score of 825 and 92%, shown to be excellent. How is it that a company like this is allowed to operate in South Africa? Especially when it comes to the financial status of the consumers.
Absolute the worst service you will find anywhere. Booking was made as requested no 2 in the line for 2 hours and notion person interested in assisting on a new contract. how can 12 people stand around and yet only one able to load new contract `(Upgrade)
Absolutely useless service, even after visiting there near empty expanded offices in Centurion they are still unable to process a debit order. Please dont blame covid, this is a case of no competence.After 35 years with them there service seems to have gone down the drain with their rebranding. Most irritating and waste of time is the automated answering service, takes 3.5 minutes after listening and selecting, then silence. They are wasting members money with their massive empty offices and lack of knowledge to assist the paying members, this goes for the unqualified Supervisor that doesn't know their own product.
