King Price doesn’t know where my car is after they took in for assessment
The worst Victor Hartell from king price moved my car from where it was assessed and gave me a wrong address where I had to pick it up, went there they had no knowledge of my car, I don’t know where my car is now he can’t even answer my calls. Mind you the car is not bank property but mine!!!!!!!! I still don’t have my car and keep getting sent from one person to the other

Credit card *****
Pending ***** cases since Feb, was told they can’t do anything about it but to wait till the card expires (in 4 years ) to close the *****ulent credit card account opened in my name Very alarming, then you have the call centre calling me to pay a credit card that I don’t have Sort this out FNB !!!

Cubbi Woodmead - Worst Service, 8 Days and still no refund!
The car the I paid for was not available anymore - Was told refund takes 5 working days, sent all necessary documents to process refunds and 8 days later I still don't have my money - Lawrence (sales guy) told me he doesn't work in finance, his manager Andile is also a no show after I escalated my matter to him on day 7. Said he would call me back and still nothing - The worst service ever! No one can give me an estimated date on when the money will be in my account. 8 Days and counting waiting for my refund of R119k

Don't use them - Highly Incompetent
It's lockdown, I don't have anywhere to go but apparently there was no one at home thats why they couldn't deliver. When you call they answer and don't speak. On life chat the customer service doesn't even apologize. This is what Nicolize writes "Good day, the order will go out for delivery on monday" When you ask what happened yesterday for non deliver, she just keeps quiet and leaves you hanging. ****ty Service
