Battling since Saturday to get my Tab balance transferred to my bank account Many mails and phone calls. Excuse need my bank statement Then not clear then to old and now high volume This is not acceptable
Cancelled subscription as I have been retrenched chat on site and customer care confirmed my account is downgraded to family and my bank account will be debited with R 246 on 6 June Debited my account on the 7th with R 934 Again chat on site and customer care confirm difference will be credited to my bank Nothing as yet chatted again with them the 9th and consultant escaleted call to team leader who will contact me within 24 hours Allready more than 48 hours and Im still waiting. This is not acceptable

Spoken to Bongile Samsung on 8 April21 phone fixed will be delivered to Mtn 12/04/2021, Not delivered. Spoken to Lorraine at Samsung 15/04/21 phone will be delivered to Mtn 19/4/21. Not delivered. Spoken to Bruce Mtn Westgate various times No joy Log call on Hello Peter 19/04/21 Thandi Samsung contacted me 20/04/21 phone will be delivered to Mtn Westgate Ref VOC********** Not delivered, Log another call Hello Peter 22/04/21 Samsung respond Customer adviser will contact me. Today 29th April still waiting for their call and my phone. They gladly apologies and noted my concern but still waiting for my phone. This service are really worse than bad as they told me phone already fixed on 8 April21,

Samsung service is way absolute NON ACCEPTABLE. LOG a report week back Response my phone for repairs will be deliverd to Mtn this paxt Wednesfay Bruce at Mtn Westgate phoned me today and according to him Samsung will hopefully deliver phone Monday This is absolute nonsens by Samsung They even had the cheeck to phone me as according to them phone deliveref to Mtn Now waiting 5 weeks

I also spoken 8 April with Bongiwa at Samsung who told me the phone are fixed and will be at Mtn Westgate 12 April. Needles to say phone not there yet. Also spoken to Lorraine at Samsung on 15 April who will investigate and phone me back. It seems nobody know were my phone are. Coming to the date I must pay my contract I must pay and I will not pay.

Allthough I rate SA Homeloans 5 as I received assistance past months on my loan fwith reduced payments. BUT I can not even rate SA Homeloans Life as their assistance are zero I have been retrenched with no income since August and on my age of 72 impossible to find employment. Paying fir years on a bond protection plan but now it only pay when I pass away. Only pay retrenchment on new loans. Looking back on all the years I paid this bond protection it will be more than bond outstanding. The Covid19 are surely a reason to assist
Due to Covid 19 and temporary dismissel requested payment holiday They send me claim form insurance Submitted Send various mails no respond. Told them debit order stopped They still processed it. This is customer setvice at all
